"Maddie." His voice was soft.

Tears brimmed at my eyes and as I watched him smile at me, I lost it. I ran into his arms and hugged him so tightly and I cried into his shirt. I didn't care anymore. I was just glad to finally be back in his welcoming arms.

"I-I was scared that I lost you, Harry." I really was. The fact that I broke his heart was unbearable for me to face.

He lifted my chin and gazed into my eyes. His gentle green eyes pierced into my heart. He wiped the tears on my face with the back of his hand.

"You could never lose me, Maddie." He hugged me back and I just wanted to stay there forever. "Look at what I prepared for you."

I looked behind him and saw a beautifully decorated table. It was like a fairy tale.

He took my hand in his and pulled out my chair for me. Everything was just so romantic I couldn't help but laugh.

"What's funny?" Harry asked as he sat across from me.

"It's just that everything is so beautiful and romantic. I didn't think you had it in you to do this."

"Well, my mum did tell me that I'm a romantic person." He chuckled.

Harry is such an idiot. I thought. But he's an idiot who makes me happy.

I smiled at the thought and enjoyed the food that Harry prepared.

"This is delicious, Harry. I can't believe you cooked this." I said as I chewed the Chicken Alfredo slowly. It was rich in flavour and even I couldn't make it taste this well.

"I am one great cook, after all."

And just like that, we enjoyed the food quietly. It wasn't awkward at all, to be honest. I'm glad that I can actually just sit here and enjoy a meal that he prepared for us.

When we finished Harry stood up, took my hand in his, and lead me to my living room. He told me to close my eyes as I walked in and he sat me down on the couch.

"Another surprise?" I asked, a full-blown smile never escaped my lips.

"Anything for you, Maddie. Anything for you." He said as I heard him shuffle around the room. "You know how you loved to hear me sing?"

I simply nodded to his question.

"Well, here's your chance. Open your eyes." I moved my hand away from my eyes, and in front of me was a keyboard.

"You play?"

"I dabble." He sat on the stool and began a slow medley on the piano. It was a song that I never heard before.

Now you were standing there right in front of me.

I hold on scared, it's harder to breathe.

All of a sudden these lights are blinding me.

I never noticed how bright they would be.

I promise one day I'll bring you back a star.

I caught one and it burned a whole in my hand, oh.

Seems like these says I watch you from afar.

Just trying to make toy understand.

I'll keep my arms wide open, yeah.

Don't let me,

Don't let me,

Don't let me go.
