Dahyun went to state to forget and move on from the things that happened in her pass. will she be ready if she cameback and saw the person who broke her heart?
after 30 minutes of driving I already arrive at the venue. it didn't took me so long since it's not really that far from the house. when I park my car I didn't even went down the car yet but I already heard the music from the inside so I quickly went down then went inside to see what's going on.
when I got inside the venue the party is not starting yet but I already can see all the people who attend. some are busy talking to each other, some are busy doing their own stuff. since I'm already inside I just decide to find my co-workers who I'm close with.
after a minute of looking around I already found them in one of the table so I quickly went to them. when I arrive into their table we said hi to each other and also our manager is there so then I sit next to them.
the place is already full of people. but the party still has no sign on starting yet. when the clock hit the time on exactly 8:00 pm the stuff already turn down the music and then suddenly the emcee who's standing in the big stage already talk.
"Good Evening each and everyone", said by the emcee.
"are you guys ready on welcoming the people who built the "KREC" or let me say the Kim's Real Estate Corps", the emcee said with full of energy as if we don't know what's the real meaning of KREC.
everyone said yes as we agree on what the emcee said. well who wouldn't even excited when we are finally gonna meet the owner and the reason why this company got build in the first place. everyone is very curious and focus when suddenly the big main door open wide.
"Please stand up everyone and let's all welcome the Kim Family who came all the day from San Francisco to Korea just to meet us", the emcee said so we all stood up and welcome the said family.
after that and old man that looks like in the age 60's or 70's appeared with a lady which we guess is his wife and they walk into the red carpet.
"around of applause for Mr. & Mrs. Kim", the emcee said so we all clap our hands. when Mr. & Mrs. Kim arrive at the stage the stuff give them mic so they can talk.
"Good Evening each and everyone it's nice to finally meet you all, I'm Kim Taehyun and this is Kim Eunji my wife and we are the one who started the "KREC" or the Kim's Real Estate Corp's", the old man said and they both vowed politely.
they seems very familiar for me but can't figure it out where I saw them before. I'm thinking deeply where I saw them but suddenly my thoughts got cut out when Mr. Kim welcome his son and daughters.
"and I would like you to meet the reason why we build this company in the first place", Mr. Kim said with a small chuckled.
"please welcome my eldest daughter Kim Jisoo", everyone clap when the said women enter with a smile.
"and the next one is my one and only son the second elder Kim Taehyung!", and when the said man enter same goes around everyone clap their hands.
"please also welcome my third elder daughter Kim Jennie", and everyone did the same to her when she entered. I thought it will be the last one as I saw that the guards already close the big door but I was wrong when suddenly Mr. & Mrs. Kim with their son and daughters smile to each other and then door once again opened and suddenly a women appeared but I can't really see her face because of the light that's covering her face.
"Please all welcome my Youngest Daughter and the current CEO of "KREC" in both Korea and San Francisco Kim Dahyun!", I suddenly stop on my track when I heard the name and so i look at the back. when I saw her walk in the middle of red carpet with a straight face. my world seems like to stop when she suddenly pass by in front of me I can't even move anymore.
"Kim Dahyun", the only words that came out in my mouth is her name.

Dahyun Pov
as we arrive at the event one of the body guard open the card door so I can go out. I just came out from the car but I can already hear the sound from the inside. when I went near the big door I saw my siblings.
"oh Dahyun your finally here", Jisoo unnie said.
"what took you so long?", Taehyung oppa said as he put his arm at my shoulder which I quickly remove.
"I'm sorry I fall asleep and woke up late". I answered.
"when did you guys arrive here in the country I didn't even know that you will go here", dahyun ask her siblings as she was confuse.
"dad call ask when we are out of the country and told as that he wanted as here as well", oppa said.
"we took the flight the next day mom and dad did", Jennie unnie said.
we were still talking to each other when suddenly mom and dad went to us. when I saw them I quickly vowed to them for respect. they smiled to us as they really expect that we are complete. cause to be honest not all gatherings that we need to attend we aren't always complete some are not present. after that they told as to be ready cause the party will start.
I need to be at the last since I'm the youngest and because mom said they will introduce me as the CEO of the company. well it's not like I can do anything.
when the party started and the emcee starting to introduce my parents. until dad also introduce my siblings when he stood up in the middle of the stage and I patiently waited for my turn. when it's my turn I quickly stood up in the middle of the way and started walking when dad called my name.
when I was walking I saw someone's familiar looking at me and then suddenly my heart felt something. she's looking at me deeply that it made me really nervous right now. I felt like I just want to disappear from where I am so she won't see me but I can't do anything.
when I'm already near her I just avoided her gaze and look straight to bring back my confidence in me. when I pass by her I close my eyes for a second and sigh. after I reached the stage I went in the middle of the stage and the stuff gave me a mic.
"I formally introducing myself to all of you", I said as I vowed to them. I still can feel that she's looking at me but I didn't mind it and continue talking.
"I'm Kim Dahyun the youngest of the Kim's Family and the CEO of the "KREC" or Kim's Real Estate Corp's", after that I vow once again to them and pass the mic to stuff.
I sit beside Jennie unnie as my dad started blurting out stuff again about the company. on how did it start, how did it happen, and of course how did it became successful. when I'm already sitting I whisper something to Jennie unnie but I'm still looking in front.
"unnie I saw her, she's here.", I whisper to jennie unnie.
"who?", jennie unnie ask confused.
"Nayeon, Im Nayeon", Jennie unnie got shocked it made her eyes wide open and look at me. when I look at her she seems very worried so she holds my right hand. but when she already understand the situation she composed herself and whisper back.
"pretend that you don't know her", Jennie unnie so I just nodded and just focused once again.
"why am I very unlucky today", I thought to myself.
after that I just wait for the time to pass by until it reached end of the night.
