Jughead's POV
I was going to meet up with Betty when my mom saw me. I rolled my eyes and ignored her.

She said "hey..."

I sighed and she said "I know you hate me Jug...I know I can't go back in time a change everything..."

I got up saying "you said that dad abused you! He was in jail! When I was a kid! You fucking left me alone and my dad was in jail still trying to take care of me!"

She sighed and said "he did abuse me!"

I scoffed saying "you had nothing! You lied saying dad raped you when we both know he never did!"

She glared at me saying "why believe him?"

I sighed and said "because the night you said he raped you he..."

I sighed and said "he was with another women..."

I groaned and rubbed my head saying "dad went on a date, you guys were separated he was alone and just wanted to do something fun."

She sighed and I said "ever since I was four I watched you torture my dad! Hitting him! Cursing out at him! God he was miserable! Every time I was dropped off at school I didn't want to leave his side! And then...the night you left police show up at the door and arrest him...Of course no one realized about me, so I just hid! I hid and...that was it, thank god I ran over to a friends house, you would've cost me my life mother."

She gulped and said "I...I didn't know..."

I scoffed saying "of course you didn't know, dad knew everything, he knew what my favorite thing for breakfast was, favorite thing for lunch, dinner. My favorite activity, he came...to every one of my parent teacher conferences, everyone of my award ceremonies, celebrated every single award I got...and you never did anything but made him feel like he was a shit father...when in fact he was like my real life superhero...for whenever someone picked on me, I had difficulty with school, he was there for me and loved me...and you never did! You made my dad think he was horrible and never did anything for me when he's been my whole life!"

She sighed and I said "I want you out of my house, if not I'll call the police on you."

She sighed and I said "if I don't see you leave by tonight, your gonna regret it."

I grabbed my stuff and left. When I got to Betty's house I knocked on the door and saw Ms Cooper, she let me in and I then saw a guy and Betty talking and laughing at the dinner table.

I said "Betts?"

She then said "Jug? You came!"

I nodded and kissed her head as she said "Rory, Jughead is right behind me, Jug this is Rory he's an old friend I had back when I used to live in Florida."

I smiled saying "it's nice to meet you."

He nodded saying "you too, Betty had talked highly of you, you must be a great boyfriend for her."

I smiled and kissed Betty's head and she said "Rory is actually here for a surgery...to get his sight back."

I nodded saying "that's great for you."

He nodded saying "funny enough, Betty and I used to be a big thing back in the day..."

Betty scoffed saying "he's lying."

He then said "we went on one date and one kiss."

Betty slapped his chest and I gulped lightly as he said "Betty was an amazing kisser."

Betty said "a cheek kiss only! We were like 11!"

They laughed and i smiled shyly. Later that night I was with Betty and as I held her I looked at her.
