RainDrop and I got to the library where I found out some information about me. I looked at a newspaper and saw where I was found, and it was in Tanacross, it also said that I was malnourished and that I was a John Doe, I was found the night before the park was closed and it was -5°. I looked at the paper in shock "I should have been dead." I said as RainDrop gives me a look of surprise "No, you shouldn't have. Who is John Doe?" She asked "It's an unidentified person, babe. It says here that doctors were trying to find out why I didn't have hypothermia. I never got to read that note about the fish, or you, I mean." I said as RainDrop looks at the paper "We should go there today." Was all she had said "Today? Baby, it's two cities over! I don't want you to get too dry." I said as she looked back "I'll be fine, I appreciate your concern, but isn't this what you've always wanted? Ever since we were children you talked of coming here to find out about your past." She said "Not to your expense." I said as I put my hands on my hips. She shook her head as she then walked away from me. "RainDrop?" I asked as I ran after her. I tried to keep her as wet as I could by walking her in puddles or even drenching her hair or her shoulders with a water bottle, and eventually we did get there to the carnival. I walked to the entrance to notice that it was abandoned "The park must be closed?" RainDrop asked "Yeah, it is for good." I stated. The park had weeds all over its rides and stands, and there was graffiti on walls and the ferris wheel. I helped RainDrop over the fence and I followed suit and we then walked through. There were still some abandoned animatronics but I didn't see any toys "I wonder when it closed down." RainDrop said as we took a left where we found the cotton candy stand, I went up to it and touched the ground where I was found "This is it...we were here." I said as I looked back at her, RainDrop looked at the stand and down at me as I looked back to the spot. "Why would my parents leave me here with a fish? Were they trying to kill me? I'm not trying to be mean, honey. It just...doesn't make any sense." I said as I then felt her arms wrap around me "It's okay, Tommy. I can't make sense of this either, maybe your parents didn't know what to do. I'm sure they must have loved you...maybe they worked here?" She asked as I looked up and to my left where I saw what looked to be a cellar; the doors completely locked. I get up and walk over to it. "Honey?" RainDrop asked as I walked over to it where there I saw the words "This belongs to Justin & Mary-Kay Benson." I knocked on the door. "Babe, be careful." RainDrop said "It's okay, I'm just checking to see if anyone is here." I said as I tried to pull the chains off "Do you need help?" She asked with her arms crossed over her chest "No, honey, it's fine, I don't want you to get hurt." I said. Right then the lock froze solid; I was confused until RainDrop came out from under me and yanked the chain from the rest which broke quickly. I looked at her with my jaw dropped as she giggled. "Showoff." I said jokingly and we then kissed. I opened the doors to see stairs and a concrete floor "Are we going?" RainDrop asked as I nodded "I'll be careful. I think this might have been their lab..." I said, we both held hands and walked down the small steps...the room was pretty big, it was mainly just concrete with a few tables and the chairs were all over the floor. I held my left hand up defensively in front of RainDrop and we both observed the area "I think it's empty, Tommy." She said calmly as I then nodded "Do you think this is it?" I asked as she sighed "I'm not sure, baby, it might be, because this was where I was as a Koi, with the two scientists." She replied. I walked over to a table and saw newspaper articles in a pile that looked burned. I lifted one up and I was surprised; those weren't newspapers...they were ideas. "That's me." RainDrop said in surprise as she pointed at a picture of a tiny Koi fish in a plastic bowl "It says you were an experiment...you were given human DNA..." I said...we ran back to the boat as RainDrop began to worry about the kids. Also, I was born inside that very cell; my parents didn't feel the need to have me, and my mom didn't even know she was pregnant, so they dumped me there in hopes that someone would find me, and they left me with RainDrop because we were both supposed to be together to "keep the secret alive". When we got to the boat RainDrop started calling for the kids as I was still in a little shock "They're not here, Tommy." RainDrop's voice snapped me from my trance "What do you mean?" I asked as I ran onto the boat "Kids! Your mom and I are home! Storm? Fighter? Creek? Ocean...?" I asked, nobody was there; the boat was dark and empty "What do we do?" RainDrop asked worryingly as I looked back at her "I...I don't know, honey, maybe we cou-" A male cop came and got ahold of RainDrop; she screamed and I started running after them "Put her down!!" I yelled before another male cop grabbed me from behind "Tommy Doe, you are under arrest for theft and boating without a license." He said whilst cuffing me "RainDrop, baby, calm down. We'll fix this!" I told her as she took a deep breath while the officer cuffed her "RainDrop, huh? What a name." He said as they both walked us to a police car. I think it's time to call it a night. I'll be coming back tomorrow morning. This is TK, logging off...
