Chapter 3

"Oh uhm hey my names Crystal by the way" the girl said.

"Im khanani you're really beautiful" I said.

I packed my groceries away as Crystal began to walk around my apartment and admire everything.

"Thank you, you're really too kind and also I really like your accent, where are you from? if I may ask"

"South Africa, I didn't know my accent was really evident"

"well it is and I really like it, you really stand out"
she started to walk closer towards me as I put the last packet of chips away.

"did you just move here?"

"Yes, it's literally my third day out here"

she giggled at my meme reference and then held my hand, I was so confused but thought she was just adorable like this until she said

" let's go back to my friends I wanna introduce you. I know very well you have no friends here and you need some so let's go".

I began to get nervous and refused until she dragged me out the door with my keys and up the pathway to where her friends were loitering at.

"HEY FAT NIGGAS! ATTENTION THIS SIDE"
she screamed,

I stood there quietly and awkwardly holding her hand like a lost little kid until I felt eyes on me, I didn't look up but I just know everyone was looking at me, i took a quick glance at each individual and looked back down not really taking in their faces. One of the guys had similar shoes as me but they were actually black loafers, I slowly looked up at the outfit and it was literally the same outfit as mine but instead with pants and a hat with a G embroided in it, the tall dark man kept his eyes low as he just stared at the ground so I really wasn't able to see his face.

"...AND THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE TO BE NICE TO HER ANYWAY INTRODUCE YOURSELVES FAGS" Crystal finally ended her speech.

"Hey im Travis but you may call me Travis pretty lady"

"im Sydney but you can call me Syd"

the tall dark man chuckled while looking down and said

"im Tyler and your name?"

 "Khanani".

Everyone gave me a look of shock and I felt completely embarrassed.

"Excuse me?"

Tyler said with his deep yet childish voice.

"My names Khanani"

"Oh shit! I love your accent! Where are you from?"

 "South Africa"

everyone's eyes almost popped out of their heads, why was everyone so shocked we're not broke and ugly lol. Once Tyler looked at me with a face of interest he began to look familiar actually everyone did then it clicked! I'M TALKING TO TYLER THE CREATOR, SYD THA KID, TACO AND CRYSTAL!!! I began to get flustered but forced myself to stay calm because I don't wanna get shouted at, yep I heard colussus, I value my feelings.

"Damn I'd love to go there one day" said Tyler,

"Oh really? Then why haven't you ever done a show there? And your other musician friends? You know a world tour isn't just America, Europe and 3 Asian countries, just so you know!"

I didn't want to snap on him like that but I got really mad when he said that because we don't get many international acts and artists, they lie about going on a world tour, Africa is never involved and that sucks!

"Woah I don't know, I genuinely don't choose the places or anything that's all Clancy" Tyler said.

"Okay, next time have a say so I don't have to travel to a whole entire different continent just to see you live" I said,

Tyler then bent down to my face and said

"Oh you came all the way from home to see me? Im flattered"

he said with a cheeky grin showing that adorable gap and flipping his non existent hair, he wasn't so bad he was actually adorable, I didn't realise I was still holding Crystals hand and slowly let go making her give me a fake sad face, making me giggle and hug her.

"Where's my hug?" Tyler said

"Oh no is he one of those guys? Let me actually stay away" I said to crystal and she laughed

"no im not those guys I was kidding you see haha" Tyler said nervously,

that was funny he's really cute and so are his friends, they don't act like annoying celebrities they act like regular people, I think I'll enjoy this new chapter.
