Chapter 16

I can't wait for the long weekend this Thursday. No work from Thursday to Sundayyyy. I'm gonna catch up on some sleep! I was getting ready for work today. I wore a pink pencil skirt with a matching blazer, a white blouse and black heels. I wore a pearl necklace and left my hair loose with a white headband to keep my hair out of my face. I wore my multiple rings and grabbed my white handbag and drove to work. I arrived, greeted my friends and went straight to my office. I had some new building designs and started sketching them before I forgot, there was one building that was approved by the head office so I focused on perfecting that one until it's my decision day. My day wasn't eventful at all I worked really hard today, lunch time came around and I went straight to the group.

Okay let's go

We all went to lunch and ate, we chatted and had a good time. We spoke about random stuff and the next time we're gonna go out together.

"I'm sorry but I'm tired, if we meeting up we are doing something chilled"  i said to the two

"Like?" Damson said while eating his pizza

Lily stood up and pointing to the door and shouted

"TO THE BEACH!"

We all laughed and did a cheers but with our pizzas and said "TO THE BEACH". Lunch was over and we had to get back in the office. We dropped off Lily at her desk and Damson and I went to our offices. Once I arrived in my office I found new plants, a bouquet and a large dish of lasagne on my desk. The bouquet had come with a letter inside.

"From wifey, To papi
I hope this allows you to forgive me, I'm sorry for everything, i miss you so much, i hope you have an amazing day at work, call me when you get home xoxo"

I put the letter down and cried at my desk. A few tear drops fell on the letter. I sat there and smiled while wiping my tears and thought wow somebody actually cares about me, he didn't get tired and give up on us, he tried again. He tried to fix this friendship and not throw it away. I think I'm...im falling in love with Tyler Okonma.

I ate my lasagne while working and made sure to not spill a thing. It was the end of the day and I was walking to my car with my bouquet in my hands, skipping and smiling like a little school girl.

"So he finally pulled through" Damson said while packing his stuff away.

"He really did, I'm proud of him"

"Is he not usually affectionate?"

"Well I don't really know this is just the start"

"Oh okay I still wish i was in his position but maybe in another lifetime, anyway see you tomorrow, ciao"

"Ciao"

I got in my car and drove home, I unlocked my door and fell on my bed while smiling. I decided to text Tyler.

Yes, I like Oreos the regulars not that golden bs, I like Turkish delights, mint choc chip ice cream, the light green packet of lays,Pringles allat, I like sour jelly beans, jelly babies, white chocolate but dark chocolates my favourite if you know what I mean ;) and red liquorice just to name a few.
