I decided to go grocery shopping and I don't know anything about this place. LA is so big and confusing but luckily my studio apartment wasn't too far from a local grocery store that sold everything I needed and wasn't too packed.
On the way to the store I saw a beautiful view of the beach and the sun behind me as I was walking up a hill, I stopped to admire the view for a second and took a couple pictures. My hair was in a beautifully shaped ginger afro, every curl and coil sat pretty, my hair complimented my outfit I was wearing a tennis skirt with white socks and black school type doc martens with a white open collar top and a green jersey over it and some jewellery I brought from home. I looked and smelled good maybe this is the day I make some friends. I finally arrived at the store and bought all the things I needed. I carried my tote bags and headed out, when I walked out I realised the sun was going down, I really didn't realise how long I took in the store once I saw the ocean gain a pretty purplish colour while the sun was setting. I walked down the hill towards my apartment and saw a group of people maybe 4 standing and chatting in front of my apartment building while on my way home. There were 2 girls and 2 guys. I didn't want to talk to anyone at the moment and I just hate walking past a of group of guys knowing my ass is not that fat! so I speed walked while looking down past the group of people. My plan was set and ready until a really kind and soft voice said
"hey! I like your hair".
I turned around and it was the pretty girl sitting on top of the cream coloured bimmer. she came up to me and asked if I needed help with my groceries and I was skeptical at first but eventually said yes. She told her friends she'll be right back and they merely just nodded. She had pretty brown hair which was long and curly, she was tall and had a pretty smile, and a slight Caucasian accent even though she was mixed black and white, she kinda looked like zendaya. She was truly adorable to say the least, I was really excited that I made a new friend.
