Teddy was right again

Techno shoved his gun into his pocket. He had hardly slept the past week, his worry for Tommy through the roof. Of course, he would never tell Teddy this as all he would get is an "I told you so" but he couldn't stop himself. He brushed his hair and shoved on his black coat before heading out of the room. Wilbur and Phil were sat with Tubbo and Ranboo enjoying breakfast together as they, themselves, prepared for a possible shoot out.

They were to leave at noon for the old abandoned mill on the outskirts of town. It was a former hideout for the Sleepy Mafia before they moved to a more public location that not even the police knew about. The pinkette passed them by, ignoring Phil as he called out for him to stay to eat and exited the penthouse and entered the elevator.

He walked the familiar hallway of level 5 and knocked on the only door he would, a young girl opening it with a smile. She had black hair which had faded to brown at the ends and tan skin. Her signature long black dress with a singular cloud on the chest and black boots. She smiled as the door opened more, wrapping her arms around the lower half of Techno's torso. His body tensed slightly from the touch, not being used to it but wrapped his arms loosely around her smaller body.

"Hey Abby," He said awkwardly. She released her grasp and took a step back, the man stepping into the small apartment. It was bare, with hardly any furniture apart from the normal stuff and a couple of photo frames littering the walls.

"Teddy! Techno is here for you!" The girl said kindly as she grabbed his hand and led him further in. No matter how many times he had been in the room, he still somehow found it weird to be in other peoples homes.

Teddy came around the corner, their brown hair brushed behind them. She looked at him with a quizzical look before stepping forward and gesturing to the lounge, taking a seat themself. Abby sat next to the pinkette and admired his pink hair. She always found it fascinating.

Abby was the younger sister of Teddy and even though she's only ten, she was a force to be reckoned with. She didn't fear having to stab a guy for breaking into their apartment... and that's exactly what she did. Techno was proud when he saw the scene left behind. Usually, she wore a mask with a frown and the Philippines flag but now it laid on the coffee table with no use at the moment.

"What brings the almighty Techno to my home?" They said with a hint of sarcasm. To be fair, she was still a bit pissed about their conversation from three weeks ago. Techno rolled his eyes and looked at his friend and took a deep breath before opening his mouth, something he would probably regret.

"You were right"

"I'm always bloody right" She lightly spat in a joking manner. He nodded.

"Techno?"

"Hm?"

"Can I braid your hair?" Abby asked with a small smile "I don't think going into a fight with police with your hair out is a smart idea, dude" He chuckled slightly at her sass and nodded, watching as she ran off to get a brush and hair tie.

"I regret not treating Tommy with more respect and love. I thought it didn't matter but I've barely slept this past week because the voices in my head just want him home, telling me that I have to protect him and that he's done something to himself and I have to stop him" He explained with sighs in between every few words. It was mighty hypocritical for them to say these things.
