The next day, Atlanta could safely say that she would never be able to look at her Aunty Rara and Aunty Tia in the eyes the same way ever again. The amusing smile that they sent her way was enough for her to die in embarrassment, as much as an immortal could die anyways.

"Phoebus, this is embarrassing."

"I totally feel you right now."

"I can never look at Aunty Rara again."

"And Aunt Hestia is directly smiling at me. I think you are having a better time than me."

"I am not having a better time than you. My cheeks can easily be mistaken for the golden apple."

"You hid your face in my chest. I am the one who is seeing the whole thing. I would never be able to look at my sister without her trying to shoot me anymore."

"I have Daddy and Triton for that. I honestly don't know what they would do. Would they be horrified or go after your head? Or perhaps do both?"

"I honestly don't want to find the answer to that. I feel the second hand embarrassment just by watching you."

"And I can feel your awkwardness literally radiating from you. Don't act as if I am the only one here."

"Never said that. We both are in the same boat, aren't we?"

"Absolutely. Doesn't mean we have to like it though."

"Took the words right out of my mouth, Lana. You are cute when you're flustered, though."

"Romantic sap."

"I try."

Apollo and Atlanta were curled up together on the couch in the living room of Apollo's residence on Olympus in the fine morning, with Atlanta trying to bury her face in her husband's chest who laughed at her adorable act, waiting for their Aunt and stepmother/stepmother-in-law to come out of their bedchambers.

Wherefore doth thee both act dainty?

"None of your business, really.", Apollo told the arrow lying on the other part of the couch, while his Lana just blushed in response.

The arrow merely huffed before falling silent once again.

Hestia was the first to emerge from their bedchambers. Giving a gentle smile, she looked at the children she had almost adopted when they were kids. "We have taken a look, your marriage shall be prosperous."

Hera emerged from the room after her elder sister. "Indeed. And extremely fruitful too."

Atlanta squeaked in embarrassment before trying to bury her head even further in her husband's chest.

Apollo wrapped an arm around his beloved wife and gave the duo a small smile and a nod. "Thank you for helping us complete all the rituals. I take it this is the last time anyone else shall enter our residence other than Lana and I?"

Hestia nodded in agreement. "Of course."

Apollo smiled in response. "Very well. We shall be coming to the Council Hall soon enough."

Hera nodded before bestowing one of her rare smiles on the newly married couple. "I hope your married life is blessed with love and trust. May you stay together and face the challenges of life as one till the end of time."

With that, Hera went out of the door, with Hestia following suit.

Apollo remained in the comfortable position on the couch with his Lana practically sitting on his lap and face still buried in his chest, having a mental battle on whether going to the Council Hall was really worth it, and feeling utterly at peace with the weight of his wife in his arms.
