IN AFTERNOON

KARTIK'S CABIN

Kartik was busy in his work when a boy of his age knocked on the door. Kartik had a million dollar smile on his face when he saw him.

Boy: May I come in sir
Kartik: Dhruv mai tumhe kitni baar bol chuka naa hi tumhe mujhse puchkar andar aane ki jarurat hai aur naa hi sir kehkar bulane ki
Dhruv: lekin aap
Kartik(cutting him): humari age same hai tum mujhe kartik keh sakte ho
Dhruv: okay fine Kartik
Kartik: see it looks so cool
Dhruv: mai yaha aapko I mean tumhe yeh batane aya hu ki jo meeting duphar mei thi woh ab evening mei hogi kuch emergancy k karaan
Kartik: lekin aise kaise mujhe ghar jaldi jana tha
Dhruv: I tried lekin kuch emergency thi

Dhruv was Kartik's class mate in school. They shared a good bond back in school but drifted apart as dhruv shifted to mumbai along with his parents. They accidently met in kartik's new office as Dhruv worked here as managing director.

Dhruv noticed Kartik's disappointed face and asked him the reason behind it.

Dhruv: kya hua all good
Kartik: actually mujhe ghar jaldi jana tha
Dhruv: kyu I mean koi kaam
Kartik: actually Me and my wife have recently shifted here. Yaha hum dono akele hai. Mai tao phir yaha aa jata hu lekin naira ghar pe a akeli bore ho rhi hogi. Isliye mujhe ghar jaldi jana tha.
Dhruv: oh that's complicated
Kartik: hmm

Kartik got busy in his work while dhruv was about to leave when turned and invited kartik.

Dhruv: hey I was thinking why don't you people come at our place for dinner. We can have great time.
Kartik: lekin
Dhruv: abhi tumne hi tao kaha you people are new here. Trust me you will have great time with me and my family. My wife will surely mix up with your wife.
Kartik: okay I will talk to Naira once I will be home.
Dhruv: yeah sure

After their discussion, they both resumed their work while Naira on the other hand was getting bore sitting in the house idle so she decided to go down.

IN SOCIETY COMPOUND

Naira was down as she was getting bored in home. She saw some children playing badminton in the society garden. She went towards them. She waved them hi while they stared her.

Naira: if you guys don't mind can I join you?
Pia: aapko humare saath khelna hai
Naira: I think yes
Nitin: yeah you can didi
Bani: aap naye ho yaha par
Naira: hanji
Abhi: you are most welcome in our society didi.
Naira: myself Naira

Then the group of five friends of age from 9 to 11 introduced themselves as pia, bani,  nitin, abhi and isha.

Naira mixed up with them easily as they were very friendly. They played for some time but had to stop unwillingly as winds started blowing strongly. They decided to apart their ways and Naira was about to go towards her flat when nitin invited her to his house to meet his family. She willingly agreed to him.

NITIN'S HOUSE

Nitin entered his house along with Naira and found his mother feeding his little sister her food. His mother ordered him without looking at him.

Shreya: arrey nitin aa gye chalo jao haath muh dhokar aao khana khalo
Nitin: mumma dekho mere saath kaun ayaa hai
Shreya: aap I am sorry maine apko pehchana nhi
Naira: Hii
Shreya: hii
Naira: Naira here actually me and my husband recently shifted here.
Shreya: oh plz come inside
Nitin: aao na didi

Nitin pulled her inside while shreya offered her a glass of water. They had conversation sharing about their life experience while nitin was having his lunch. Shreya was young mother of two children. She is currently living with her husband and children.
