IN KAIRA'S HOME
Naira came out of her room and saw the main door open. She thought would have left for the office as he was getting ready to leave. She was about to close the door when Kartik came and it hit forehead a bit hard making him shout in pain.
Kartik: aah
Naira(keeping her hands on his forehead): kartik tum bhi na. Lagi tao nhi
Kartik(complaining): mai bhi kya. Darwaza tumne mara hai mujhe. Voh bhi itni zor se pta hai kitna dard ho rha hai
Naira: tao tum yeh band karke nhi jaa sakte the.
Kartik: abhi bhi meri hi galti nikal rhi ho seriously
Naira: acha sorry chalo mere saath
Naira made him sit on a sofa and examined his forehead. The door didn't hit him too hard but still it pained. She was about to apply some ointment when he asked her to not apply that as it will hurt.
Naira: kartik lagana tao padega nhi tao aur dard hoga
Kartik: nhi ab theek hai.
Naira: arrey lagva lo pehle thoda sa dard hoga lekin trust me it will make you feel much better.
The moment she said trust me made both of them silent. He quitely let her apply the ointment while naira blew air on his wound. He didn't feel his pain anymore the moment he saw her eyes. Her eyes were reflecting loneliness because he left her when she needed him. He was failing to gather courage to initiate the conversation. Seeing her silence made a lone drop of tear excape from his eye when he closed them. Naira who sitting next to him wiped it off.
Naira: dard ho raha
Kartik: bohat lekin es chot k karaan nhi tumhe aise dekhkar naira.
Naira(clueless): mai samjhi nhi
Kartik: I am sorry mai tumhe samaj nhi paya and even I blamed you for our differences. Mujhe ab samaj laga jab kabir ki mom
Naira: tum kahan se aa rhe ho
Kartik: mai voh kabir k mom dad k se baat karne gya tha
Naira(slowly): kartikk plz nhi. mai nhi bardasht kar paungi yeh sab.
Kartik(consoling her): nairaa first calm down. Mujhe yeh batao why you are covering it up. Tum kyu
Naira: tum nhi samjhoge kartik. You won't.
Kartik: ek baar samjhane ki koshish I will. And I promise mai kuch nhi kahuga tumhe just tell me why
Naira(with heavy voice): I am tired of all this. I am tired of being the victim again and again. Agar yeh baat sabko pta chalegi pichli baar ki tarah hi tamasha hoga aur kuch nhi. Tumhe pta haina aditya ne kitni bakwas ki thi yeh bhi vahi karta. Aur mujh mei itni himmat nhi bachi k mai yeh sab phir se face karu. Maine isliye tumhe nhi bataya sachi kyuki mujhe pta tha tum police families sabko involve karoge aur mai nhi chahti thi. Is sab mei mujhe nhi pata ose koi sabak milta ya nhi lekin mai tut jaati kartik. Logo ne meri hi galti nikali thi. Aditya ko bhi tao saza hui thi na lekin voh bhi azaad hi ghum raha hai es sab ka kya fayda hua tha.
Kartik(cupping her face): it was not your fault in this whole mess tao tumhe koi kuch kyu kehta.
Naira(at last breaking into tears): meri hi galti hai aur meri hi rahegi. Tum bhi tao isliye hi mujhse naraz baithe ho.
Kartik(taking her in a hug): I am sorry voh sab bas maine gusse mei. Plz mujhe maaf kardo
Naira(coming out from his arms): maafi tao mai bhi maang rhi thi kartik. Mai aapni galti maan bhi rhi thi lekin phir bhi tum
Their conversation was interuppted by the doorbell. Naira got up from her seat and was about to move when kartik pulled her back in his lap.
Naira: kartik yeh tum.
Kartik: humara baat karna jaruri hai naa ki darwaza khola. Jo bhi koi hoga khud chala jaiga. I am sure abhi humare liye ek dusre se zyada koi aur jaruri nhi hai.
Naira: kartik
Kartik(joining his forehead with her): bohat din gussa reh liya humne ek dusre se. Ab aur nhi. Mujhse ab aur nhi ho raha yeh sab. I can't live without you.
Naira: isliye jaane k liye kaha tha yaha se. You asked me to leave right
Kartik: mujhe laga mai tumhe pta nhi aur hurt na kardu isliye bola tha k tum
Naira(getting up from his lap): you know what kartik tumhari galti kya hai. Tum hamesha dusro ki galtiya dhundhte khud itni galtiya kardete ho aur realise bhi karte. Tumhe sirf dusro ko blame karna jante yeh nhi dekhte tumne khud kya kiya.
Kartik: naira maine kya kiya
Naira: tum mujhe blame kar rhe the na mai har baar tumse cheeze chupati hu kuch nhi batati tumhe. Right. Toao tum bhi tao apni galtiya dohra rahe the voh nhi dikha tumhe. Yaad hai aditya k time jab tumne mujhe singhania sadan bheh diya that time you promised tum mujhe kabhi door nhi karoge phir bhi tumne mujhe es baar phirse jaane k liye kaha.
Kartik: maine roka bhi tao hai
Naira: tumne mujhe isliye nhi roka k tum chahte the tumne isliye roka kyuki vaha par gayu di thi. Infact jab mujhe tumhari jarurat hai abhi bhi tum sirf mujhe ignore hi kar rhe ho. Tumhe sirf meri galti dikhti hai apni nhi. Haa manti hu shuruwat mujhe hui thi lekin iska matlab yeh tao nhi na oski itni baadi saza mujhe doge.
Kartik: mai tumhe saza nhi de raha tha
Naira: yeh mere liye saza se kaam bhi nhi tha kartik
Kartik: I was frustrated with our everyday fights naira. Tum har roz mujhse kisi na kisi baat se jhagdha kar rhi thi. Kabhi ignore karke, karke thappad, kabhi baby planning kabhi kuch. Mai thak gya tha naira
Naira: ignore aur thappad maine isliye mara tha kyuki you were going out of your own control kartik. Aur rhi baat baby plan karne mai sirf apni feeling share ki thi aur kuch nhi.
Kartik: haa drink kiya maine meri galti lekin baby planning ki baat tum share nhi kar rhi insist kar rhi thi.
Naira: tum phirse meri galti hi highlight kar rahe ho.
Kartik: mai highlighy nhi kar raha I was justifying my point. Galti hum dono ki thi
Naira: phir saza mujhe akeli ko kyu mil rhi thi kartik
Kartik(cupping her face): listen to me first. I am really sorry for taking the things to another level and overreacting to it. I know maine bhi bohat galtiya ki hai aur mai mana bhi nhi kar raha. Lekin voh sab gusse aur hurt k chakar mei hi kyuki mere dil mei aisi koi baat nhi hai. The only thing that really matter is that I LOVE YOU. I TRUST YOU. I CARE FOR YOU. Naira humare relationship mei sab kuch hai trust, affection, love, care, support, concern sab kuch lekin ek cheez nhi hai aur voh hai understanding. And we really need to work for it. Haa mai keh raha tha tum mujhpe trust nhi karti lekin mujhe bhi pta aur tumhe bhi pta we do trust each other right.
Naira plz agar hum yeh purani baate lekar baithege kuch sort nhi hoga we only ending up with hurting each other and messing our relation. Yeh mera point of view baki tumahri marzi hai. Tumhe jitna time chahiye tum le sakti ho lekin do take this into your consideration k tum hume ek chance dena chahti ho ya humari problems ko aur badhana chahti ho
Naira: I need time to think about it.
Kartik(kissing her forehead): take your time. And plz don't stress.
Naira closed her eyes and made her way towards the kitchen while kartik went to his room after informing her that he has to call some clients.
Kartik didn't want to force his point of view on her. He knew she needed time to forget there differences. Her words had a strong affect on him. He realised his mistakes that he did in past few days he too remembered that he promised her that he won't let her go away which he forgot. He also got a new piece of information about her which he didn't know that she is scared of other's person judgement. He understood that it is all because of her past life. Her whole family had been judging her since her childhood. He really respected her feelings and knew it will take time to change her mindset yet he was adamant to change it. He decided to make her the carefree yet confident.
Kartik's POV
I promised naira I will be much more cautious towards you from now. I know I have been irrresponsible towards you and left you alone when you needed me the most. But trust me I won't repeat my mistakes ever again. Chahkar bhi nhi. I want you to be the strongest and I will make you so. I will try my best to make you forget this experience. Bas tum ek baar meri baat ko samjho aur manjao.
NAIRA'S SIDE
Naira knew Kartik was right. It was not that they intentionally hurt each other and made mistakes it was just that they need to understand each other. It was just that they both were just justifying themselves instead of thinking from other person's point of view. She knew he was right in all ways. They really need to forget each other's past mistakes. They need to move on from thid if they wanted their realation to be more stronger. On top of it, his gesture were enough to manofy and cool her anger. She just loved the way he handled her today. She loved that way he too put forwaed his view in front of her instead of blabbering sorry. He was not a kind of boy who do buttering to manofy someone. He was one who can easily make others realise their mistakes. This is the reason naira realised her mistakes earlier also.This is one of his quality that had always won her heart. Still she didn't want to rush into reconciling but take some time.
Naira's POV
I hope ab humare beech koi aisi baat na ho kartik. I know we need to build understanding between us. Bhale es k baare mei bola tumne hai lekin iski shuruwat mai karugi. I will take the initiative. I will make our bond more stronger. Mai ab kisi teesre k karaan humare beech koi galtfehmi nhi aane dungi kabhi nhi.
Both realised their mistakes and accepted it. Both wanted to improve their bond and were ready to take the initiative. It was the first most serious fight which would turn into boon for them. Maybe this could be a lesson for them for future.
IN BALCONY
Kartik was in balcony after attending the call. Initiatly he thought to go to her and ask about her decision but he dropped the thought. He was lost in his thoughts when naira came to him along with tea for them.
Naira: kartik chai
Kartik: haa yaha rakhdo
Naira: kartik
Kartik: hmm
Naira: ab tao nhi dard ho raha
Kartik: haa its better tumne ointment laga diya tha oske karaan
Naira: hmm
Naira all of sudden hugged him tighlty leaving no space between them. She hid her face to not show her tears to him yet he was clever enough to realised her crying.
Naira: I am sorry too kartik. Jaha tum galat the vahi mai bhi galat thi. Lekin phir bhi mai tumhe itna suna rhi thi aaj bhi. Tum sahi keh rahe we need to understand each other and forget about our past mistakes.
Kartik: I am sorry too naira. Lekin plz yeh rona band karo. We will start fresh with our happy faces. Aise rokar nhi
Naira(kissing his cheeks): I love you kartik
Kartik: I love you too.
At last, they both reconciled yet there were still some things they need to talk about and make each other clear about. Both knew that but didn't want to spoil there moment right now. Kartik pulled her into his arms and they enjoyed their evening tea in each other's company. Kartik kissed her forehead while she cuddled into him.
