Frost heave is an upwards swelling of soil during freezing conditions caused by an increasing presence of ice (caused by the user) the ice grows towards the surface upwards from the depth in the soil where freezing temperatures make them turn to either a stair or weapons.
Frost heaves may occur in mechanically refrigeraters/ mechanical users.
If used right the user Can make a board out of frost.
Usage:
Users of this quirk Can move quick due to the frost moving quit fast, this allows the user to easily overcome any obstacle.
The board allows the user to come quick into a classroom, or a room where hostages are placed.
Named super moves: Frost Force (this power create several boards helping the user to save as many people as they wish.
