Description: the user of this quirk is able to shoot fire out from their arms, this fire are able to move in the direction of the enemies and in a spirrel until it hits the enemy. If used right the fire design a Phoenix or Dragon that when hits the enemy makes an explosion.
The user can also make wings that either look like a Phoenix or Dragon.
Usage: the user has the ability to heal people's wound with their tears, much like the Phoenix but if the power is used wrong or overused the user is unable to heal people or make wings out of flames, and the user will need to either rest or have trouble concentrade, it can cause the user if under 17 to not rember anything.
The user of this quirk is immune of the fire.

healing tears- healing tears makes the user able to heal the allies wounds or make them stop bleeding.
