Descreption: the Turtlewar quirk is a transformation emitter, meaning that the user can via their bodywater add other limbs to them, but also create weapons  from the said water

Usage: the  Turtlewar quirk is an transforming emitter quirk, this means that the user can transform the water in their body and make a tail out of it or use it to make a shield out of it. If the user overuses the power to much the user will need to rest and drink a lot of water for the user to regain the water in the body.

Weakness: the users weakness is both fire and their concentration. The fire is due to this quirk being a water quirk, and the concentration is due to them needing it to use Protect to defense themself and others.

Name of super powers:
Aqua tail- The user attacks by swinging the water tail the user made, this allows the user to make a  a vicious wave as if in a raging storm, while the tail does make damage on the target it doesn't have any side effects.

Water gun- Water gun is a power that shots a forceful wave at the enemies.
This power also does damage to the enemies both in a two vs two battle, but the power can navigate enemies around the user. In a three vs three  battle, the power can only target an enemy at a time that's adjacent to the user.

Rain Dance- the user summons a heavy rain that falls for five seconds, while the rain pours the rain weakings the enemies powers while powering up the users health. The power effects the fire quirks the hardest, Meaning  that their health is lowering.

Protect- This move enables the user to protect itself from all attacks, but this can only happen if the user concentrate if not then the enemies attack will hit them at full Force.
