Descreption: the mist quirk gains the user the ability to create a mist out of their hands, making the able to disappear in the mist, the user can use the mist to go to places in time and disappear the next minute. The user is able to take up to 50 people into the mist, but this is the absolute limit, otherwise the user can't garentee the allies and civillians sercurity.
Usage: the transformation quirk mist, makes the user able to turn their hands into a mist, but it also allows the user able to shoot mist out of their hands. This power makes the user able to disappear in their own mist, but the user can only use one of these powers at a time, their is a limit time for them to use these powers.
Weakness: the user of this quirk only has limit time and limit ability to use their powers.

Mist cloud- this power gains the user the ability to create a cloud of mist, so the user can escape, but also attack at the same time. With this power the user can take 10 others with them.
Mist hands- this power makes the user able to turn their hands into a mist cloud and can attack their enemies.
Mist clouds +50- this power makes the user able to make a mist cloud, that can save up to 50 people other than themself, and disappear at the same time.
