Usage: the user of roses quirk will need to be close to the green areas for this quirk to work, this is why the user is able to make a ton of roses in the sport festival. If the user isn't near the green area it'll be dificult for them to make roses without overusing their power.
Flaws: the user needs to be either near green areas or a little bit of green on them for them to use their power.
If overused the user will need to be healed within 15 minutes or the damage from their quirk will be on them for forever.
Superpowername: rosentree: this power makes the user able to make a tree full of roses the same Height as an oaktree.
Rosen Bush: this makes the user able to make a Bush much like cloud quirks where the user is able to make clouds to save people, but unlike this quirk the user will need to only make small bushes enough to save children and a few teens.
Rosethorn:this power makes the user able to make a dagger out of a thorn from the Rose tree that they made and via it makes the user able to save a few adults to.
