Usage: this quirk makes the user able to electrify people either via their elbow or their finger, the user are also able to make small bolts come out of their hands and shot at their enemies with them much like a dagger or a small sword. If the user makes a big Electric touch the whole area will be effected by it, and the user of this quirk will act weird for the rest of 3 hours.
Flaws: if overused the user will need to redt for 3 hr or the user of this quirk will act a bit weird for these said hours.
The user of this quirk might not be able to rember anything that happen these hours, giving them the sense of Black out.
The user might not know how they made their quirk this big in the first place.
Superpowername: Electric whip: this power makes the user able to make a whip out of their Electric touch, but this happens rarely since the user will need to use the power to the Max.
Electric bust: this makes the user able to make electricity in such a fast speed that it only seem like dust to others, before it hits them.
