Decreption:Scan Stealing allows the user to stop a search to identify people's Quirks to some extent, as well to measure their level of power using a heat signature-like vision, which is displayed when it detects the enemies deliberate power boost.
Usage:the user with this quirk is able to stop scanning a either short area or a large area, but this is due to the user that will need to focus on the area or person they want to stop scan their area. If the power gets overused the user will need to rest for 3 hours much like scanning, but this is only if the user arn't a pro hero pr trained to do so.
Flaws:the user arn't able to stop scanning of very large distance if they aren't pro heroes or trained in the power.
Superpowername: scan stop: this is due to the user uses this power to stop scanning of things through out a big area.
Heroname: stopper, the stopper, the ranger, the nonhunter.
Quirk type: emitter
