Description: this quirk allows their user to form wings of ice, but also allows them to have a dragon on their bag, this makes the user able to fly high up into the sky. The ice will make the users feets, and that arm, the user uses turn into ice, but this is no problem since the ice lembs are movable.
The user are able to control the ice, but the wings will continue to be there.
The wings look a lot like the common kingfisher's wings(much like the males wings).
Flaws: the user will continue to have small wings on their back, after the ice is melted away.
The user are unable to remove these wings for the rest of their grown up life. As the user grow up the wings will grow to, and the ice will be on the wings looking like bubbles.
Name for Superpower:
shield of frozen wings: this power makes the user able to form a shield due to their wings (but they can only form it as long as there is water in the air).
Flash Freeze: this allows the user to freeze an object in a blik of an eye (the down side is that the user will freeze everything else if this quirk power is not controlled).
Winged swords: the user is able to make blades out of this power, if they touch an enemy the blade will freeze that place in place for 3 minutes. The user are much like Hawks able to make their feathers save a few people (but can't save a big group of them).
Heroname: the Kingfisher, ice dragon, yeti, icebird, anactic girl/boy.
