The quirk are cornected to the users emotion and body meaning the user will have some ice on the elbows and feets, since this quirk is conected to the emotions of the user the ice will melt a bit if the user gets flushed or angry, this is due to the fact that the body isn't used to the power that this quirk has.
The user of this quirk are able to make it snow, if they have the energy enough. if they do have that, then on the fullest the quirk can snow people in and keep them from danger this way.
The user are able to make everything you can make out of snow.
Flaws: since the user of this quirk are conected to this power it means that they can't control them very well due to the power be part of the emotions.
The user of this quirk can be seen as cold or hearless, but this is due to the user fighting to keep the storm under control.
The user are not immune over for fire, due to this being the oppsite of ice.
Name of superpower: snow angels (this is due to if the user has power enough can make wings or angels out of snow, but this will cause a big damage on the users arms).
Icecub( icecub is a power that can make the user throw snowballs in the air and freeze them, if big enough the icecub is able to carry 40 people but this only on max meaning over this and the power will damage the user.
