Description: the user with this quirk is able to breath water, much like a whale. The user of this quirk tend to have it better on their own.
If the user uses the quirk right they will be able to cast water out in a radius around 50 km. But if the power gets overused then they will be able to use it for around 200 km. This is dangerous for both enemies and Allies for they can get hurt too, this makes the user unable to control the power.
Usage: this quirk is unable to use if it gets overused unless the user has something that can kill some of the water if it gets overused.
Flaws: if the power gets overused the power will save both plants and hurt enemies, allies and civilians, but this is due to the fact that the user aren't able to control the water if it gets overused.
Name of superpower:
Siren song -this is because the user is able to sing a song that will make people do what they want them to do (much like a siren will do)
Water flame- this is due to the fact that the user breaths water and breath under water.
Sirens bubbles- this power makes the user able to mix both of their other power so they can make a bubble that can make people do as they want When the bubble bursts.
