Giant pain in my ass.

"Silver? What's going on?" Autumn said sounding scared.

"It is a happy little leperchaun with a pot of gold, waiting for us to retrieve our prize." I muttered.

"Wait? Really?" Autumn said.

"Why would I say 'will this never end' if it was something good, Autumn?" I snapped and spun on her. "This is a Giant and I, for one, am not an expert on such things!" I yelled. Maybe I took it too far, but I was still bleeding from Fallon's claws and all beat up. I didn't have the energy for this last Monster. I gripped the bridge of my noise and took in a few deep breathes.

"Do you not know who your best friend is?" Autumn gave me attitude back. I looked up at her smirking, resulting in my eyes flashing red.

"What are you smirking about?" I screamed over Tessla.

"It is so sad that you don't have any confidents in my intelliegence. I am best friends with a demon who has wings and glows a bright, illuminating aura, which you need to talk to me about when we get out, so of course I research about mythology and I have come across Giants in my search. Do you really think I am going to have a demon in my life with out knowing about you?" Autumn asked. I ran up to her and kissed her on her forehead.

"God, I have never loved you so much in my life!" I said, as happy as can be.

"So what are you?" Autumn asked.

"Oh, I am a Demon and Angel, I guess." I shrugged before turning to Fallon. "MY first priority is to get Autmn out. Since, I made Zak leave, I haven't been able to leave that way. It is like Tessla restricted me once again. However, if we step outside, I may be able to do it. So we need to get outside with out that Giant hearing or discovering us." I started pacing back and forth."We could use a distraction of course. I can move to a spot and have the Giant follow me there..." I trailed off muttering a plan to myself.

"Or, we could run." Autumn sqweaked. I looked up and followed where she was pointing. The Giant was looking at us through the window.

"Shit." I yelled just before he threw his hand through the window and wall, snatching at me. Fallon, in his hell dog form, locked his jaws on to the Giants thumb.

Get Autumn out. Fallon said through the ring. I didn't hesitate.

I lunged at Autumn and started running away from the fight behind me. Not that I was leaving Fallon to fend for himself... I mean I am, but it isn't like I'm not coming back. Don't die on me, tough guy. I sent him.

Tough guy? He said and I couldn't prevent the smile creeping on my face.

"Is this the time to stop?" Autumn asked. I hadn't noticed I was pausing at the stair case and watching Fallon fight.

"What?" Oh, right." I grabbed her hand and started down the stairs. I looked back in time to see the Giant pull him out and throw him onto the ground. I thought I said not to die! I rolled my eyes and walked down the rest of the stairs to the second level of the house. I glanced outside to see the Giant shrink to a different size, a much much smaller size. "Autumn, you are an expert of Giants?"

"I wouldn't say expert..."

"Good enough." I said, never taking my eyes off of him. "If a Giant can shrink and extend, what kind would they be?" I asked.

"Uh, I am pretty sure that isn't a Giant. Giant's, especially Norwegian Giants like Fire or Frost Giants, do not shrink. However, if they are half human, they just look like tall humans. Interesting fact, actually. Long ago--"

"Autumn, not the time for interesting facts. I need to know what this thing is before it kills Fallon." I watched as Fallon was getting his butt kicked.
