Stomach Acid.

"Game plan?" I asked the wolf. I didn't bother to look at him. I knew he understood that I was clueless.

You attack one and I attack the other. Ladies pick? He suggested through the ring. I huffed. Okay, the shadow can multiply, a dragon is just one. According to fairytales, stab a dragon in the heart and it is dead. Considering I didn't have anything to base the shadow off of, I didn't know how to kill it. Then the light bulb went off in my head.

Pixies. I thought back.

What?

The Pixies! I have them compelled. They can attack the Dragon as a distraction. We disappear to his chest and stab his heart. Then we can focus on the shadow!

The Pixies could annoy him and piss him off...

Better they piss him off and hold his attention than having us do it! I remarked.

Fine! But something has to distract this while we go on offense with the Dragon. He argued smartly.

How did you make that bow and arrow? I asked after a minute.

Why?

Answer the question.

It is manipulation of electricity.

Is that all you can make? I asked.

That is all I have ever tried to do...

Try making something else to distract the shadow. I said. Try it now! I screamed at him as the shadow lunged. He created a wolf of electricity and had it just at both shadows. I had to admit, I was impressed with his quick thinking.

But that feeling didn't last very long in my mind due to the fact that I was back handed by the dragon. How many people can say "One time, I was back handed by a dragon!" Well, without landing in a mental hospital.

I bounced off the wall and rolled to the ground. Fallon spun around and lost concentration of the wolf and it disappeared. He started towards the dragon, "Fallon, that bastard is mine. You focus on the shadow!" I yelled. The Pixies started swarming the Dragon's head.

I observed the giant reptile, calculating where his blind spots are, his weak points might be and where to stay away from. The huge black dragon took up most of the opening in the mansion  right when you walked in. The skin was black but had a hint of red. Where ever the glare of light bounced off, you saw red instead of black. You could see it's well defined muscles along its whole body. Its under belly was a few shades lighter and theskin looked tougher. The back was slick and you saw wings embedded in to it, which means this sucker can fly. Too bad we can't leave this house. The head had spears framing his face. His eyes glowed red and he exhaled smoke which could only mean he could breath fire. So the chances of him becoming a roast was unlikely.

A rumble began in his chest as he began swiping with his hands. His nails looked more like talons than claws. He bared his teeth and started snapping around. From the looks of it, his teeth looked like the size of my legs. I am definitly staying out of range of those chompers and claws.

His skin is thick, and even more thick on the bottom. His  wings look old and wilted so I might be able to slice through that but the chances of slicing his skin is slim. Which means if I want to get to his heart, I have to do it from the inside. Which means being swallowed. Great. I have to be lunch for the kill. If I don't get burnt in the process.

I am going in. I thought to Fallon.

Don't die. He thought back.

Oh really? I thought I would get my head chomped off. I thought that might be fun. I rolled my eyes at him as I began flying up. I compelled the Pixies to swarm together, in hopes that the dragon will open his mouth for a nice bite. He complied and I threw myself into his mouth. He has the definition of horrible morning breath.

Trying to detain my gagging to a minimum, I fought against his coughs and hacks to get rid of me, and forced myself down his throat. It was like going through a water slide of saliva that was fitted around your body.

No need to be a smartass. Fallon responded.

I laughed. Smells like all the road kill on the roads disappear to here.

Are you inside? He practically yelled.

I said "I am going in," didn't I?

I thought you meant like in the movies with missions, not literally!

I do what is necessary to keep Autumn alive. I snapped at him as I fell into the stomach. I have news. I was right about the road kill.

Gross.

You don't have to smell it. I started gagging. My pretty shoes are ruined. I ripped my knife Evelyn gave me out of the holester and began stabbing at the stomachs lining. Fluid started pouring in and I knew that was a back sign. I took in a deep breath and ripped the whole bigger, sliding through it. I felt like I was swimming through blood and guts. I grabbed one of the ribs and held on while I was looking for the heart. Spotting it, I pushed off with my feet and latched onto the beating muscle, etending my claws into it for a better  grip. The Dragon began to roar and I knew it was hurting him. I striked his heart with my knife, sliding it down the length. It started to slow down and finally stop. I felt the vibrations through the Dragon as it fell to the ground. It faded to ash and I was left gasping for air with stomach acid all over me and reaking like dead carcass.

"Sexy." Fallon offered a hand. I smacked it away and got up.

"Very funny. Where are the shadows?" I asked.

"Turns out they were easier to kill than we thought. Just some fire and poof. Are you going to kill the Pixies or not?" He asked. I looked at them and silently offered them to fight to the death. Fallon and I leaned against the wall, watching and trying to catch our breaths. At the end, the first one I compelled was the winner and came to me as if excited and looking for my approval. I scratched it behind the ear like a good little puppy.

"You know, it is actually kind of cute. I want to keep it." I cooed.

"You are aware it isn't real." Fallon said.

"So. I still want to keep him." I sighed before ripping its head off. "Rest in peace, little buddy."

"Seems like you got through those levels faster than I assumed. I even add level 5 and yet you killed that Dragon. Congrats, you finished this training. Now you are ready for me." Tessla's voice faded.

I sprang up in the air to the second level and ran to Autumns hiding spot. "Autumn, come out." Silence. "Autumn."

Silence.

"Fallon!" I screamed. I started punching the wall repeatedly and by the time he was next to my side, I was on my knees fighting tears because the spot where Autumn was originally, was empty. "She's gone."

"No.  She is just out of the game." He grabbed my hand and crouched down. He brought my hand to his lips and as they swept along my skin, he began to evaporate.

"Fallon!" I tried grabbing at him but it was useless. The scene started to disappear and I began seeing the Library. I was out of the game.

I was ready to fight.
