Silver Lily

Control freak.

"Are you going to drag me back to Tessla's?" I finally asked Fallon two nights later. It was bugging me; He was being nice to me. He would take us out everyday to do something new in Italy. Take us to festivals, out partying but not letting us have any alcohol, taking us to fancy resturants. Our day left us walking into our rooms and going straight to the bed, passing out before our heads hit the table.

He took a bite of his pizza he ordered from room service and took in a deep breath. He finally finished and after gulping down a cup of water, he answered. "No, I wont take you back unless you want me to."

I raised an eyebrow, "oh really? And why is that? Did miss perfect bitch and you get in a spat?" I said in a baby voice and stuck my lower lip out. I couldn't resist the laughter that forced its way through my lips.

"Laugh it up, chuckles. Tessla, she no longer has a hold over me."

"Why is that?" He held up his hand with my ring on it. "Explain?"

He took a deep breath and slid back into the chair. "Tessla makes deals with everyone that she comes... in contact with. She gets her claws into them and it takes a lot to break away. In the contract, this," he wiggled his fingers, "breaks the ties."

"What were the ties...?"

"She saved my life. Tessla use to be a guardian angel. She wasn't mine, but she was the guy I had to kill or I'd die. Anyway, I was 13 years old and guy was a mugger and shot me a few times. Of coarse, I healed and I tried attacking him but then he stop me in the heart. I stood there, wobbling and then Tessla made her presence known. She stepped between the mugger and I and healed me. She turned around and took the mugger by the shirt and sucked the life essence out of him. He died, I lived. I owed her." He explained to me, but I was obviously missing something.

"Okay, there is something you aren't telling me. Plus I am still... well, pretty damn confused. You should definitly tell me straight and not talk in circles."

"Tessla, for an Angel, is pretty manipulative. In the contract, which I had to sign with my blood, until I get someone who cares for me by giving my protection Tessla can not do, I stay with her unless she tells me otherwise."

"Okay, that is stupid. Understandable, but really stupid." I said shoving a meatball into my mouth. "Is Zak still there?"

"He has to be."

"What do you mean?"

"She has a contract with him aswell." He said. My vision went red. How could she do that to HIM of all people?! She sleeps with him while im wounded and in a coma and then she controls him? I wont let that happen. Not for long.

"Interesting." I said, having a plan circling through my mind. I felt like the plan was a tree, all the possible ideas that I could do twisting up and seperating. If I do this, then this or that could happen. But this all boils down to one goal, or one sky. Getting him out of his contract. I moaned, "god, that was delicous. I am so full. What about you?"

"Not yet." He studied me intently.

"I'm going to go take a bath, if you don't mind me leaving?"

"Why would I?" I could hear it in his voice that he knows that I'm up to something.

"Because you are still eating. It is rude to walk away."

"You do it all the time. Why stop now?"

"Sometimes I can be nice and have manners." I said getting up and walking to the bedroom. I closed the door and ran to the bathroom, starting the tub's water. Quietly, I ran to my dresser and opened the third drawer. I removed the three shirts that is covering my weapons and holsters. I throw off my clothes and throw on a black "tap out" tank top and change into some stretchy black skinny jeans. I put on the boots Autumn gave me, my favorite fighting boots. I shove the knives in there and wrap the holsters around my legs. I put two guns in my holester on my thigh and one in the small of my back. I grabbed my Katana and my special blade my biological mother gave me. I studied the blade for a few minutes. I noticed that the purple fades into blue at the base. It was mesmorizing.

Knock, Knock. "Who is it?"

"It's me. Can I come in yet or...?" Fallon said from the other side of the door. I stuffed the knife in the other holster on my leg and wrapped the Katana around my torso, it resting on my back. I ran to the tub and turned the water off and closed the bathroom door to a crack.

"Yes, you can come in now." I said looking through the door. Fallon walked in and stared at the drawer. I silently cursed at myself. Good job, Silver! He walked to the drawer and saw the weapons I was leaving. He spun around and came charging at the door. I jumped back, ready for whatever was about to go down.

"Silver, what are you doing?" He hissed at me.

"It doesn't matter." I hissed back.

You aren't going anywhere." He grabbed my arm. I flipped him around by his arm and pinned him against the wall next to the door.

"Do not get in my way. Ever. I am going and you will not ever tell me what to do and what not to do. I am not yours! You do not own me and you will never own me. You cannot control me. I will do what I want when I want. Understand?" I asked cocking my head to the side.

He started growling loudly. The walls began to shake and I felt my fangs snap down. I pressed my body up against his and snapped next to his neck. Within seconds, he flipped around and had his arm around my neck. This boy isn't going to let me go.

I elbowed him in the stomach and when he grunted, I dropped to my knees and fell forward, twisting onto my back. I kicked the wall between his legs and sent myself sliding to the other side of the bathroom. I leaped up and bounded over the tub and as I turned around, I grabbed my gun from the small of my back and aimed it at him.

"Why do you want to leave so bad?!" He screamed at me.

"My parents are screaming right now! I have to go help them!" I lied.

"I will come with you."

"No." I said as I faded out of the bathroom and to where I was planning to go.
