DOMINIC'S POV
----
"Maybe we should call Blaine?" Vera asked with a drunken grin. I sat in the driver's seat, looking at the wheel and then at myself in the rearview mirror.
"No...We can figure this out." I tried, making no move to turn on the engine. Vera and I had found Ed's stash of aged Whiskey. Finally, I just shook my head and removed the keys from the ignition. There was no doubt I could make it home, hell I've driven home from Atlanta smashed before. But the new risk of hurting Vera was something I couldn't imagine. But then again I didn't want to have to call someone to pick us up.
"I'm sure he wouldn't mind, Dominic." She whispered, lifting her hand to idly touch my face. I leaned into her hand, almost giving in. I looked up, out across the lake, seeing the flicker of light that was the lake house.
"We'll walk," I stated with false confidence. Vera's eyes widened and her head whipped to look across the lake.
"Do you hear yourself right now?" She broke out laughing. I shrugged, knowing it wasn't the best answer but It also wasn't the worst. "We aren't walking. I'm not walking." She slurred, shaking her head dramatically.
"Fine. What if we take a boat?" I asked, pointing to Ed's docks, two small boats tied to it, neither have motors, just paddles. "Don't worry, darling, I won't make you do anything strenuous." I joked, wrapping my arm around her neck to pull her into a kiss. All evening she had been oblivious to how much I wanted her. I could have had her any time I wanted tonight, I'm sure she had to know that, but I wanted that to be special. I don't know what I would do if she straight out asks me to do it. Probably do it, like I would tell her no.
"Dominic." She whined, forcing me to let her go. "Trust me, I love kisses just as much as you, especially when they taste like strawberries and whiskey. But it's almost midnight and It's gonna be even later till we get home, especially if we're taking a rowboat." I reluctantly nodded, climbing out of the car and leading her down the steps to the patio that was an outdoor dining area and then down a flight of stairs that led to the dock.
I held the boat against the dock while she climbed in, sending Ed a text that we took the boat before climbing in myself. I took the paddles in my hand, trying to channel teenage Dominic who was on the rowing team. I took a few strokes, groaning and nearly out of breath.
"Take your time," Vera whispered, getting down off her seat and sitting on the lower part of the boat. "I like being out here with you," She continued, crawling between my legs as I tried to focus on my strokes. You could be focusing on a different kind of stroke...
"Vera..." I whispered, bending down to kiss her.
"Nobody can see us, nobody cares to see us, we are completely alone." She bit her lip, sitting on her knees. I sucked in a breath as her hands went to the zipper of my jeans. She looked up at me through thick lashes, smirking through a bitten lip.
"You don't have to convince me, Vera." I sighed with a lazy smile, cupping her face with my hand before pulling her into a kiss while her hands work at my pants. I let her continue, trying to focus on the task at hand, but failing miserably.
"Fuck." I hissed, throwing my head back and taking a fist full of her hair into my hand. I immediately loosened my grip, trying to calm myself down. I don't want to scare her away, especially when we're stranded in the center of a rather large lake. She took my hand in hers, setting it back down on her head.
"I like it." She whispered, pulling her head back completely. I watched her take me back into her mouth, her hand pushing up my shirt to explore my body. My mouth hung open, watching her in pure pleasure and astonishment. From what I know she had only done this once before...with me, but it feels like some of the best I've received...ever. She wasn't just between my legs to suck my dick, she was between my legs to get me off because she liked seeing me that way.
