   NATALIA'S POV

  I needed this race to start already. The faster I won this race, the faster I got my father's car back. A few months back, Johnny Tran beat me in a race, which resulted in me having to give him my father's car. But today, I was getting my father's car back and taking my own car back to my place.

  Dom walked up to my car and asked me,"Nat, are you sure about this?"

  I nodded and said,"Yeah. There's no way that I'm going to lose this race today. I'm gonna win, Toretto. I'm gonna win."

  I pulled Dom in for a kiss. Dom kissed back and held on for a while.

  When he pulled away, he said to me,"Just be careful, Nat. Don't let him get into your head. He likes to get into your head from time to time."

  I said,"I'll be careful. Don't worry, Dom. Your girlfriend's got this."

  Dom nodded and stepped back from my car. Johnny Tran pulled up and smiled at me.

  Johnny said,"Nat, it's good to see you."

  I rolled my eyes and said to Johnny,"I'm getting my father's car back, Tran, so stop doing so much talking so we can get this race over with."

  Johnny laughed and shook his head saying,"It's okay to be scared, Nat. I'll try not to embarrass you too much in front of Toretto and his friends."

  I opened my mouth to respond to Johnny, but it was finally time to race. I took a deep breath and looked over at Johnny. Johnny winked at me and looked forward.
  I took another deep breath and saw how far Johnny and I actually had to go. Even though it didn't seem too far the longer I sat here, I couldn't get arrogant and end up losing to Johnny. I had to win. I had to.

  The second it was okay to go, I stepped on the gas pedal and focused on the road. I didn't bother to look to see where Johnny was until the last few seconds of the race. So, when the race finally ended, I stepped out of my car and stood in front of my car.
 
  Dom, Brian, Jesse, Vince, Leon, Mia, and Letty rushed over to me.

  Letty said,"That's my girl! You killed that."

  I hugged Letty.

  Next, Brian hugged me saying,"Congrats, Nat!"

  I said,"Thanks, Brian."

  Jesse smiled at me and said,"Nat, that was amazing! You were amazing out there!"

  I hugged Jesse saying,"Thank you, Jesse."

  I stopped hugging Jesse and turned to Leon, Mia, and Vince.

  Vince sent me a small smile saying,"That was a very impressive race, Nat."

  Leon said,"I'll race you next time, Nat."

  I said to Leon,"Okay. I'll hold you to that, Leon."

  Mia hugged me and said,"Congratulations, Nat. You were great."

  I hugged Mia back, but I noticed the look Johnny was giving me.

  Dom walked up to Johnny and said,"Don't even think about it, Tran. This car belongs to Nat's father, and you're going to give her back those keys."

  Johnny said to Dom,"She cheated, Toretto!"

  Dom asked Johnny,"How did she cheat, Tran?"

  Johnny walked up to me and threw my father's keys down on the ground in front of my feet.

  Dom said to me,"Nat, don't pick those up. He's going to hand them to you."

  Johnny said,"I'm not going to-"

  Dom punched Johnny across the face. Johnny fell down to the ground and held his nose.

  I said,"Dom!"

  Dom said,"What?"

  Johnny wiped his nose but gave my father's car keys to me and left with some woman.

  I asked Dom,"Who was that woman?"

  Dom wrapped an arm around me and said,"His sister."

  I turned to Dom and asked him,"How do you know that that's his sister?"

  Dom said,"You don't want to know, Nat. Let's just get your father's car back to him."

  I said,"No, I want to know, Dom. My father isn't going anywhere. He doesn't like to leave the house after it gets dark outside."

  Dom squeezed my side and admitted to me,"I slept with her once."

  I nodded and said,"Okay. Thanks for being honest with me, Toretto. Here..."

  I gave my father's car keys to Dom and said goodbye to everyone. I walked over to my car and got in, then Dom got into my father's car and followed me to my father's place.
  Since my father wasn't awake, we left his car in the driveway and my mother promised to tell him about it the second he woke up.

  Once I drove Dom back to where my race with Johnny was held, we stepped out of my car and walked over to Dom's car.

  Dom asked me,"Do you have a lot to do tonight?"

  I nodded and said,"Yeah. You know that I don't want to race cars for the rest of my life. I want to be a nurse someday."

  Dom intertwined his fingers with my fingers and said to me,"I know, Nat. You'd make a really good nurse. You'll get there. I have faith in you."

  I smiled and said,"I will get there. I will. I'm just getting into it later than most, but I'll get there. Thanks, Dom."

  Dom said,"No problem. Get home safely. Call me if you need me."

  I kept giving Dom kisses until he laughed and stepped back from me.

  As I walked backwards, I said to him,"I'll probably call you tomorrow. I might need you tomorrow."

  Dom smiled at me and said,"I'll talk to you tomorrow, then, Y/N."
