"We've obtained reports of remnants with the help of a 'window'. They seem to be linked to recent cases of missing persons and unnatural deaths around the area." Nanami explained as there was a map behind his back.
"With this, we can narrow down the location of the culprit's hideout." You added.
"Alright! We'll just step right in there, right?!" The excited pink-haired boy asked.
"No." Nanami simply declined. "There's still some uncertainty. I will continue my investigation, so I will give you a different job, Itadori-kun. L/N, since your main job here is to observe Yuuji and you're somehow related to the victims, you go with him."
"Then what will be Yuuji's duty right now?" You asked.
"The boy who was in the movie theater, Yoshino Junpei. It seems he's classmates with the victims. They attend the same school. Are you familiar with him?" Nanami asked you as he pointed at the boy in the picture.
"Yeah, I've seen him in a club but last time when I was in school, it was replaced with another one making his club disband." You answered as Nanami gave you a nod then he continues to explain about the mission.
"The surveillance cameras were placed in the passageway you see on the screen but... from his appearance, I thought it was unlikely he'd be a cursed specialist. However, since he's related to the victims, it's a different story."
"Curse specialist?" Yuuji asked since it was his first time hearing it.
"A malignant shaman, in other words," Nanami answered. "Since I've entrusted the protocol to Ijichi-kun, I'll leave the investigation into Yoshino Junpei to the three of you."
"Roger!" You, Yuuji, and Ijichi said in sync as t you did a salute.

"Well, that's inevitable since I'm the only one who knows you're alive, Itadori-kun." Ijichi simply answered.
"Yuuji, I saw some vending machines earlier. I want to buy something." You said to Yuuji.

"Ijichi-san, we'll wait in the car." You excused.
"It isn't uncertain. You already know, right?" Ijichi asked Nanami as soon as you and Yuuji went outside the room. "The culprit's location, that is."
"Of course. If the culprit wanted to, they could've fled the scene without leaving remnants behind. We're being lured again." Nanami rested his back on the wall and crossed his arms. "Between the risk of going in alone and the risk of bringing Itadori-kun and L/N... I've chosen the former because they're still teenagers."
"Nanami-sensei!" Yuuji suddenly opened the door with a snack in his hand.
"We forgot to tell you something, Nanami-sensei." You added when you entered the room while opening your flavored milk.
