Light's POV

I looked at L's red tinted face staring at me. I love you L. Why can't I say it? I want to but I can't. Maybe this isn't the time...

"Light-kun" I was startled "Ryuzaki" He looked at me with his black eyes that I always lost myself in. "Is there something in your mind?" Yes! I love you! I still can't say it. "Oh I was just...Lost in the moment." Why am I in such a rush anyway. I reached for my watch laying next to the pillow. "So much for an early night, huh?"

As I was about to grab my watch...
"I win" "Everything was planned!" "It's time!"  "Hahahah"

Ryuzaki saved me from my flashbacks "Come on Light there's obviously something on your mind. No point denying it." How do I tell him this. "Uh..Its..."

I explained how the Kira in my dream kept looking at his watch when he was talking to me. He told me he wanted to take a look at it and took it from my hands. "Do you mind if I took this watch apart?" I looked at him in a little shock. It was a gift from my father. I always wore it to everywhere. "Sigh, fine I wont."

L's POV

So in his dream Kira was counting before I died looking at this watch. He never takes it of unless he's sleeping. It appears to be an ordinary watch...Light did have this when he was in conflictment. I kept turning the picks but it only changed the time. I've seen watches with secret compartments... Does this watch...have the clues I'm missing?

"Ryuzaki all you did was change the time" Light watched me open his watch but there was only the battery port on the back. "So you're trying to open it..." Light thought to himself for a second.

"Why don't you try pulling it?"
