The clock reads 11am and Jade wakes up from a strange night. She reaches to her left and grabs her phone, she reads a message from Declan which says 'you okay, was there a reason you rushed off last night'. Jade replies and reassures him that she is okay, as she continues to open Instagram. She notices she has a DM and her heart dropped as she found out who it was. *from masonmount10*. It read, 'Hey, are you alright you seemed off last night, tell me whats wrong?'. Jade panics and just gives a two word response. Yet he continued to check on her throughout the day and slightly charmed her too. At 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Jade jokingly messages 'You might as well be in my apartment right now considering you keep texting me'. 'Okay i'll be right over, I know the address don't worry gorgeous (;'. Jade stares at her phone in disbelief and confusion of whats going on right now.

She quickly facetimes her best friend Ava as they both decide on what Jade should wear for her shock visit from Mason. 'He probably doesn't even think i'm good looking, i'm just one of his many girls or something' Jade stresses. 'Ofcourse he does dummy! As if he would rush over to your apartment to see you' said Ava. 'Alright well you can't say a word about any of this especially not to Marcus, Please Ave, because if Sophie finds out it could be a shit show.' 'Don't be silly I won't breathe a word! Now go have fun bestie, love ya.' The call ends just in time for the buzzer in Jades apartment to ring.

Mason greets Jade at the door, the eye contact is so strong it's sickening. She invites him inside but before she has time to speak she feels a soft pair of lips forcefully pushing on hers, Mason shuts the door whilst kissing her thoroughly. He moves to her neck and Jade moans slightly, but she stops him before he goes any further. 'What are you doing, Mason? What about Soph-' He cuts Jade off by putting a finger on her lips, 'She's nothing to worry about, Jay. She won't know, i promise' he says in a trusting voice. 'I can't do this if there's going to be someone else, Mason' sighs Jade. Mason looks slightly upset 'Do you want to talk about this over dinner? I've brought you an outfit you might like to wear.' He steps outside the apartment and grabs a luxury bag with ribbon handles, he hands it to Jade and she pulls out a little black dress, so simple yet so stunning. 'You didn't have to do this Mason.' she said. 'I know but I wanted to. Come on, let's go.'

They pull up to a fancy restaurant and Mason opens the door for Jade to get out. He grabs her hand and takes her around the back of the restaurant where the owner greets them. Something about Mason chatting and laughing with the owner just turned her on so bad. He lead her to their table and they sat down and began to explain the Sophie issue. Mason starts with 'She's not my girlfriend. I know it's confusing, but she's not. She's my childhood friend from Portsmouth but since I moved here we've been distant-' Jade abruptly interrupts him 'So that explains why you were together yesterday, because if you're going to lie just to get me into bed it's not going to work.' 'I promise I'm not lying, it was a complete coincidence she was here, she messaged and asked if I wanted to hang out and she's been staying on the sofa at my place. That's all.' Mason said firmly. Jade's face turned slightly red, Mason couldn't work out if she was embarrassed, charmed or angry.

'Why did she say she was your girlfriend then?' Jade questioned. 'I don't know, maybe she's threatened by you' Mason replied. Jade smiles and bites her lip whilst staring into Mason's dark brown eyes, she felt flattered. He moved his leg so it touched hers, and he grabbed her hand and squeezed it slightly. 'She won't be here for long, she's nothing romantic wise to me, just friends- barely that anymore.' He said, reassuring Jade. The food arrived and the pair enjoyed a romantic date after clearing the air.
