Jade's POV.
A rush of adrenaline flooded my body, in many bad ways. I always liked Jack, well from what I had seen and heard of him, right until this very moment. I quickly pushed him off with a confused look on my face, wishing to go back in time. I noticed that to the right of me were two of the footballers wives, both smoking cigarettes. I knew their type and I knew that they were going to gossip. I rushed inside to find Mason, which to no surprise, I couldn't find him anywhere.
'Have you seen Mason?' I asked my brother, who was in no state to tell me where he was. 'Forget it' I huffed, quickly walking off to speak to my bestfriend.
'So how'd it go' Ava said, sitting on her boyfriends lap with her arm around his neck holding her drink in a plastic cup. 'You alright?' She continued, noticing my eyes were filling up. She quickly got off Marcus and took me to somewhere more private.
'He kissed me' i loudly whispered to her.
'What!' She said sharply back at me. 'I should've known.'
'I pushed him off so quickly, I just didn't think I was coming across that way to him you know?' I said, slightly stuttering my words because of my nerves.
'Look, you did the right thing. It's cleared the air in a way?' She said, but it was more of a question.
'Yeah i shut that door, for another one to open right infront of me.' I sighed resting my head on her shoulder as she patted my back in sympathy.
'I knew I shouldn't have left you alone with him, just because you're pretty and he's a footballer he thinks he can just get what he wants.' She said as her eyes narrowed. 'You need to find Mason'
I got my phone out of my bag and began phoning Mason's contact. The line rang for a few seconds and he finally picked up.
'Where are you?' I quickly asked him. His response was delayed but he answered me.
'I'm at home.' He said sleepily. 'I know you kissed Jack.' He muttered, making me ask him to repeat himself.
'Mase, I was literally running around this whole place trying to find you to tell you what happened. I pushed him off babe.' I told the Chelsea player.
'It's fine, how are you getting home tonight?' He asked me, steering away from the subject which I thought was rather weird. I decided to think about his question and remain in silence for a moment, until I heard a girls voice in the background of the phone call.
'I'm going back to my place, I'll talk to you later.' I said instantly hanging up. I looked at my bestfriend next to me with wide eyes, she knew something had happened and she offered that I could drive Marcus' car since I was completely sober after throwing away the drink Mason made me earlier. Not sure that Rashford would be too happy for me to be driving his new Range Rover but I really couldn't give a shit at this point.
We decided to leave the car parked a few houses down from Mason's so he wouldn't hear a loud four by four pull up on his drive. I looked under his doormat to find the key which I knew he always leaves. Ava waited outside whilst I unlocked the door and crept in, to notice my rather shocked boyfriend stood in the doorway infront of me, where the kitchen/living area was.
'You okay babe?' He asked me, my jaw clenched at the sound of his Portsmouth accent calling me babe, but I managed to keep calm and put on a facade so he wouldn't suspect anything.
'Hi yeah, I thought I'd come and surprise you and stay here the night, that's not a problem is it?' I asked, interrogating him.
'Er- no, no definitely not' he stuttered as i made my way to go into the kitchen where he was stood. He blocked me from entering before saying 'why don't we go upstairs instead?' He smirked holding onto my waist wish devilish eyes.
'Ooh, sounds good, let me get a drink first you can go upstairs and wait for me' I smirked back, playing along with his little game. The boy soon ran out of options and slowly walked towards his staircase, which was just off of the hallway. I walked into the kitchen immediately turning to my left to see the girl I never wanted to see, sat almost half naked on Mason's sofa. The brunette looked at me with wide eyes, her mouth slightly opening in shock, before I noticed a blue condom wrapper on the other side of the sofa. I picked it up and I was shocked that it was still sealed.
'So you didn't make it this far then Mason.' I raised my voice looking back at the doorway.
The boy held his head in despair and stumbled on every vowel he spoke, 'I- i- I'm'
'Your what? Sorry? I'm sorry for you, having to have your old Portsmouth love back in bed again, did you feel like you needed someone after me having guys pining over me all the time. Grow up Mason for fucks sake!' I shouted at both of the people.
'I'm drunk and she came in with Jesse, she was all over me I'm a guy Jade I'll admit it turned me on a little bit but at least I was going to be protected.' He said trying to defend himself but it really wasn't working. I just kept thinking to myself that he's such a dick.
'Well you probably should've used protection the last couple of times we did it.' I said, not realising those words had slipped out of my mouth.
'What? What do you mean?' He questioned thoroughly.
'Why don't you two work out my little riddle together! It might be a cute little game like you used to play when you were both eight, so cute!' I said, mocking a tone I would use if I was talking to a baby, before I soon headed towards the front door.
'Jade wait!' Mason pleaded.
'I'm pregnant get over it' I shouted slamming his door behind me, my bestfriend followed behind me in shock, I could hear her heels patting across the tarmac quickly to keep up with me.
'Sorry your what?' Ava said
'Yep. I'm pregnant'
