Coming towards spring, Mason had begun his training with the England team- reading for the Euros. He invited Jade to St. George's park to come and watch him and the boys train, so that's exactly what she did, despite listening to them shouting at fifa all night. She sat a small distance away from the training pitch, swapping between watching the boys and going on her phone. The girl hears a loud whistle as all the boys gather and leave the pitch, she follows a little behind so nobody really notices she's there.

She walks along the path leading to the indoor training area. Behind her are fast footsteps crunching down on the gravel, the boys stops to walk beside her. 'Hello' said the handsome figure stood next to her, she feels herself blushing whilst recognising who it was, luckily she was wearing a face-mask. 'Um hi' Jade replies, unsure of what excuse to make on why she was there. 'Why are you here?' Said the Chelsea defender, 'I- I'm here for.. I'm a reporter, you know documenting your training.' She said, apprehensively. 'Oh, well nice to meet you. I didn't catch your name?' He said. 'It's Jade' replied the girl, brushing her hair out of her face. 'That's pretty' responded the boy. 'I'm assuming you're Ben Chilwell, Chelsea right?' Jade questions with a giggle. 'Yep that's me, you a Chelsea fan?' Replied Ben. 'You could say that' she smirks, slightly feeling guilty for flirting with the boy.

The two continue to walk towards the indoor training facilities to meet with the rest of the squad. They enter the door, to be welcomed by Declan getting bottled water out of the vending machine. 'Deccers!' Ben shouts, greeting him. 'Chilly!' He exclaims, 'I see you've met my wonderful sister' he continues, sarcastically. Bens face rivers with shock, 's-sister?' He stutters, looking at Jade full of confusion. 'Yeah, yeah I've met her, let's hope she doesn't report your bad passes today on her training document.' He says jokingly. 'Training document? Where's this come from? You can barely read Jade' Declan replies awkwardly laughing. 'Okay, fine I lied to Ben, I just wanted to save myself a bit of embarrassment by not telling him I was your sister' The girl replies, quickly leaving the area so that Declan didn't speak about her and Mason.

She leaves training early, calling herself an Uber. The girl eager to get home and take a bath.

Jade had a recollection of the nickname 'chilly' from when her brother basically screamed it at the poor boy earlier at training. Just as the girl was thinking about Ben, she noticed a notification on her Instagram. 'benchilwell liked your post' she felt a slight excitement inside her stomach, making her feel guilty, yet it was always nice for someone to compliment her- it made her feel confident.

Whilst Mason played with the Chilwell boy on fifa, Jade kept herself awake all night worrying and thinking about what could happen if Ben told Mason about her. She tried so hard to forget but she couldn't.
