They spent hours going at it. Literal hours. The three-Ryoko, Chishiya, and Niragi- felt grateful their visas weren't to expire for another couple of days. They felt drained, but nonetheless, they had things to do.
Chishiya, although reluctant, was the first to get up from the cuddling pair. He needed to find Kuina so they could talk to Arisu. As he slid on his slippers, Chishiya leaned on the bed to give Ryoko a long parting kiss. Doing so while also starring Niragi down.
Niragi and Ryoko only laid together for another 5 minutes before they were called out by another militant. Groaning, the two got up and dressed, not without a few playful grabs and kisses shared.
Turns out, they would be playing in the games after all. Hatter had decided to pay in a game since his visa was nearing expiration. Thus making the militants also going as his 'protection'.
The Beach wouldn't leave for the games for a few more hours so they were released to do whatever. Ryoko decided to try and find his brother since his boys had other things to do. The brothers properly caught up since their initial reunion.
He couldn't find Ren. It was strange actually. He hadn't seen Ren at all that day. Normally they would have lunch together, but he was nowhere to be found. He couldn't find him nor his friends, so naturally Ryoko internally panicked. Had they gone into a game without him knowing? The boys always met up after the games to make sure the other was alive and safe. But Ryoko wasn't in his room last night for obvious reasons.
Ryoko made his way to Ren's room, knocking twice pausing then knocking another three times. No answer. Ryoko was worried now. He didn't know anyone else's room number so he couldn't go there looking. Maybe they were out on a supply run. That had to be it. Please let that be it.

It was once again time for the games-at least for him anyways. Hatter and some the higher militants went out earlier for his game. Ryoko received his number and headed to the corresponding car. There were already four people there so he assumed he was the last to arrive. As he got closer to the car he began to recognize one of the figures.
"Ren!" The man's head popped up confused before setting his eyes on his younger brother.
"Hey Ryo! We're in the same gr-OW!" He hit him. Ryoko slapped Ren in his arm before hugging him.
"You are a dick. I was worried something happened to you because I couldn't find you. Where the hell have you been?" Ryoko spoke rushed and flustered. Ren was rubbing the lingering sting out of his arm.
"Hatter had some of us go out and scope for potential members or alliances. We only just got back not even thirty minutes ago." Ren felt slightly guilty for making Ryoko worried. He knew the younger had problems with abandonment, so he hugged him tighter as if saying it's okay I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere.
The brothers were separated when a horn was blown signaling it was time to move.

They finally made it to what seemed like an unfinished hotel construction site. It was set on a cliff overlooking a lake. Ryoko internally shuddered. Hopefully this game doesn't involve water.
This game had quite a large number of players-maybe around 30 or 40 people. Most likely either a physical or team game. The last stragglers joined the group and registration closed.
'Registration has closed. There are a total of forty-five participants. The game will now commence.'
The overall mode of the players went sour as the next words were said.
"Difficulty: Nine of Hearts."

[I'm sorry but this next chapter is about to hurt.]
I honestly have been trying to avoid writing this last few chapters because if I write it how it's playing out in my head. We are all about to get our feelings hurt.
What's your thought process so far? What do you think the game will be and how will it end?
