Season 2: Chapter 16

"Today is our last performance for music shows promotion" Dahyun does the interview for Twice tv sitting on a long chair. Blanket are covering the member's legs for protective measures. Long after the interview, it's as if  buzzer blares in the room. Make-up artists, the managers and the members moves like athletes on the last seconds of the game. Twice members singing voices fills the room. The floor pounds lightly with every steps and glide footworks of the choreography.

TWICE members are summoned on the stage. Part of the last music show performance are the members doing a pose on their part like of an aegyo paired with a brief smile. Ending fairies flips hair before the camera flashes to them; closing the music show promotion of the comeback. The girls turn off their microphones backstage, making way to the designated green room, passing by the arcade hallway where driving, basketball and video games machines are placed close to the wall for the idol's entertainment. A group of boys makes their way on the same hallway before them as though they are the next performer after them. Even from yards, Taehyung has a gentle smile on his face like that one mischievous kid in school grinning everytime he sees his best friend, when he saw Tzuyu. TWICE and BTS members bows, walking past each other, all professional and casual. Taehyung, one of the last members raise his hand a little looking over. She raises her hand, claps with him. Jimin, Yoongi and Namjoon; Jeongyeon, Mina and laterly Nayeon turns head in bafflement. Confusion arose on their faces by that swift moment, most especially Jimin whose neck is about to be twisted exchanging glances at the two while walking, face says 'what-just-happened'.

The Groups waited for hours for the announcement of the winners until they are free to go home. In the dorm, the boys congratulates each other on the living room in blends of loud, energetic and low, sleepy voices before going to the different directions of their room. Jungkook puts the down the closet and walks to the bathroom to freshen up. Moments more, he sat on the bed, hair is dry wearing baggy clothes.

A thin suit case resting on the table caught his attention. The laptop is also there, it's where he left these two after receiving the case from his dad, who had kept it in their family house for him.  He strides there, sits down, opening the suit case. A folder of documents, he skimmed the legal papers of the Autumn St and his name. "I really purchased it" he says in an undertone as if it just slowly dawning into him that he really owns the property. Behind the other document is a pinkish paper, Jungkook set aside the long text-filled documents and pulls the pictures of the property. His mouth created a small letter ' o ', a grass and ground floored place covered with cherry blossom trees. The plants, trees including the boundary of the ground and grass are as though perfectly set. Neat and very much like of a park, no wonder why others are putting so much interest with the place. There are also  wooden houses that are distanced with each other shows on some pictures. And a white bridge under a huge cherry blossom tree, he found himself staring at that place longer than the other pictures.

Jungkook then searched for the place on the internet. Few photos appears, the captions repeats the words of Mr. Gu. The property is immensely private that's why only few, repetitive photos appears on the internet. It's good that some of these photos are different from the shots and locations in the hard printed photos. Jungkook with his left hand resting on his right forearm, hand is holding the photo of Autumn St. His lips puckers mildly, wondering "Why did I bought you?". The place is indeed beautiful but was that the sole reason why he bought it? His self must have have another reason isn't is? Because he bought most of his property for the future like his current purchase of a land and apartment in Jeju as a vacation spot for BTS members and for his family. This one near Seoul is just a little, just a little less private than Jeju so is it possibly due to the future value of the place or for the good scenery as a place where he could relax when he gets old. Jungkook thought that he is not sharing the place in public though and it's such a nice place.
