Thomas? I try to reach him through his mind,
No answer.
Tommy?! I force it out louder, in my head.
Hoping he would respond,
Calm down, he's fine.
A voice responded, But it wasn't Thomas.
Aris? I ask,
Yeah.
Where is he?
Still with Teresa. They're bringing her back now.
Then we'll meet you there.
Well why isn't he answering?
I don't know, he can hear us you know.
My thoughts fall silent. He can hear me and Aris?
In our thoughts? And if he could do this too, who else had this ability. Could we all communicate?
Who else can?
Sonya.
Her name, it triggered a flashback. I remembered being taken away as a child, just like everyone else.
I saw Thomas being carried away. Then, two other kids. A boy and a girl. The last thing they did was hug each other, begging not to be taken.
Newt and Sonya. They were siblings.
I snap out of my thoughts, "NEWT!?" I yell,
"What's wrong!?" He replies quickly, startled.
"Sonya! She's your sister."
"What?"
"It's true, I had a flashback. When you were being taken by WICKED, she was with you. They separated you both." I speak.
He mumbles to himself, "I have a sister."
I smile.
Remembering what Aris had told me I try my thoughts again,
Sonya?
Yeah? She answers.
Newt, he's your brother. I think you deserve to know. I only found out now but I told you as soon as I knew.
Wow. That's, amazing.
I could hear the happiness from her message.

I snap back into reality, praying Thomas would answer my thoughts. But, he never did.
Newt held my hand firmly.
We were getting closer by the minute.
To rescuing Minho.
To getting the cure for Newt.
To seeing Thomas.
"He didn't answer." I confess.
Newt understood what I was talking about.
"You're doubting yourself again aren't you?"
"Maybe." "What if he doesn't love me anymore?"
"That's impossible, everyone loves you."
"Not true, Gally hates me and so does Teresa."
"They hate everyone." He assures.
I don't continue the conversation. I just turn my head, looking out the window.
Watching the world go by.
