You met up with Sonia to talk about what's been on your head. The two of you met at Hammerlocke inside the palace looking gym.
"What did you want to talk about?"
Sonia questioned.
"Sonia, are you and Leon dating?"
You blatantly asked.
Sonia's face turned red, she froze entirely.
"W-What are you saying....?! Of course we aren—"
"They are."
A familiar voice said.
Raihan came walking in, he had his hands in his pockets and waved over at you.
"Isn't it obvious? Sonia and Leon often see each other for dates or other stuff."
Raihan winked.
"Will you shut up....!"
Sonia punched Raihan.
"Oww...! My bad, I heard my best friend was in town so I thought I'd stop by to say hello."
Raihan shrugged.
"GET OUT!"
Sonia threw her books at him.
"Why kick me out? I'm here to help out."
Raihan said.
"YOU'RE ANNOYING ME....!"
Sonia walked off, angry and refusing to hear out Raihan.
You were confused on what had just happened.
"How rude, I just came to help my good old best friend in need but it seemed like it's hard for her to even confess."
Raihan nodded.
"Wow, but anyways I can't believe you need two more guns until you battle me. I'm looking forward to battling you. Although, I won't be easy on you just because you're endorsed by Leon, or because you're my friend, and Hop's significant other."
Raihan waved his finger.
"Im not—"
"You will be, I can already predict it. Part 15? No.... How long until we get there now?"
Raihan thought to himself.
"Quit saying stuff like that."
You nodded in disagreement.
Sonia came back, she stepped in and took a deep breath before shouting at Raihan about keeping his mouth shut. She told him to sit over there in that corner and just don't talk at all unless he's needed.
Raihan surprisingly did so, he sat in a corner alone just thinking to himself.
"Alright, now that everything's settled... First things first, do you really trust me that much to be asking me about romance?"
Sonia questioned.
You nodded.
"You're so sweet (y/n)....! I love you too!"
Sonia hugged you.
"Ahem, okay.... So, when I was younger I was sort of like you. Most likely slow, I cared more about Pokémon information and writing down my best about them but Leon cared about our little rivalry. What I didn't know is that despite being friends for years he had something for me. He confessed to me around Circhester and pledged that if he became champion he would win my heart over. I was in love with that dork anyways."
Sonia smiled.
"Hop and I go way back, we were childhood friends. I love him a lot. He's always been there for me and the same goes for me. But it seems we put ourselves in a distance from each other from time to time."
You sighed.
"Drama much?"
Raihan said.
"I thought I told you to stay quiet."
Sonia glared over at Raihan.
"Don't forget, I WAS the one who helped you two. You both probably wouldn't have realized your feelings if it hadn't been for me."
Raihan smirked.
"Do you have a death wish?"
Sonia frowned.
"My best advice, is well... YOU GOTTA TELL HIM or Uhm wait for him to confess to you first. Could work whichever way around."
Sonia shook you around, shaking you back and forth.
"Sonia we all know you were the one who was impatient with him. You rolled around the floor and kept saying stuff like 'does he like me?' 'Omgee will he confess.'"
Raihan mocked Sonia.
Sonia punched Raihan.
"Anyways, don't listen to that bozo."
Sonia frowned.
"I should buy you some clothes and style you around but it's cold in Circhester so... Winter clothes it is."
Sonia grabbed your hand.
"Right now???"
You questioned.
"What do you think?? We're heading out!"
Sonia smiled.
"Can I come with?"
Raihan asked.
"I don't want you near us."
Sonia said.
She took your hand, running out of the Hammerlocke castle with you only to go to the nearest clothes store.
"Well, you're free to pick out what you want."
Sonia smiled.
"I'm not sure I want to—"
"Don't make me get angry at you next."
Sonia frowned.
She began getting clothes for you, some she'd find cute on you.
You saw a familiar person walk in the clothes store, it was Leon.
"Hey (y/n), what brings you here??"
Leon asked.
"Sonia forced me into clothes shopping, come get your girl."
You smiled a little.
"M-My....??? So I guess the secrets been out huh..."
Leon cleared his throat.
"So (y/n), how's your relationship with Hop doing? I haven't seen you two ever since I endorsed you both."
Leon crossed his arms.
You thought of the problems going on between you two, you didn't want to tell Leon that there was things going on between you both at the matter. Just imagine the sad look on his face if he found out his baby brother is dealing with hard stuff at the moment.
"I was looking for you because I wanted to invite you over for some dinner at Circhester. Hop's going to be there so, I wanted more people to come over. I'm going to invite Sonia as well."
Leon smiled.
"O-Oh uhmm, yeah of course I'll go."
You faked a smile.
"Great, I'll see you guys tomorrow then."
Leon said as he tried to walk over to Sonia.
TOMORROW??? HANG ON, I haven't even talked to Hop much in a while. Things would be so awkward, but I can't let Leon know.
You stepped outside, taking a breather from that shopping.
"Hey Ms. popular, heard you guys are going to eat tomorrow. Without me though? My gym gets pretty lonely, I wish I could come along with you guys but Leo didn't invite me."
Raihan chuckled.
"You seem nervous, is lover boy going to be there tomorrow??"
Raihan questioned.
You nodded.
Why am I nervous around Hop? We're friends right? Things shouldn't be this way between us. Okay, tomorrow will be that big day where things change between us.
