Your POV
Staring at the ceiling as I sighed a little, I rolled over and looked at the mirror that wasn't far from the bed. Looking at myself in it for a bit I covered my face with one of the many pillows on the bed. There was a lot of smashing from the room I left Rumple in, though I didn't go check to see what it was.
Feeling another tear or two fall from my eyes, I sat up slowly. Wiping my face for a moment before I got up and decided to get dressed and headed towards the foyer, a cloak wrapped around me. Deciding that going for a walk would be the best option to clear my head since being in that room or that castle in general just kept the lies buzzing around.
Opening the giant door as I stepped outside before I left the castle, letting it slam behind me. Walking down the steps as I put my hood up, I made my way to an old spot I hadn't been to in a long while. Making my way down the path as I listened to the various birds that sang in the trees to their neighbors and their little ones, I looked at the ground for a moment as I walked. Getting to the end of the path that I was on after a short time, I looked at the clearing for a moment.
Stepping towards the old house that was mostly crumbled now that time had passed. Getting to the door that was barely hanging on the hinges, I opened it and stepped inside. No one had lived here for quite some time now. Looking around at the various things in the small hut, I sighed solemnly. I hadn't been here in a long time, and it was a part of my life that I didn't look back on much anymore. At least I had tried not to think about it, but I have had some pesky dreams that like to bring up old memories.
Sitting down on the bed as it creaked under my weight and dust floated around, I looked around a bit more. Glancing at the various things that were around the floor. Bending over to pick up something that caught my eye, I sat back up once I had it in my hand. Brushing some of the dust and dirt that had caked on it over the years, I felt my eyes well up with tears as I looked at it. Holding it close to me I felt a few tears fall as it was the doll that my mother hand made me when I was young.
Standing up slowly and stepping back outside again, before looking back at the small hut before I walked back to the castle, I sighed gently. Getting into the foyer, I made my slow climb up the stairs, the doll in my hand. Getting to the room, I put the doll on my bed for a moment, and put the cloak on the dress mannequin that wasn't far from the wardrobe. Opening it for a moment, I chose a nightgown and got changed, crawling into bed afterward.
Rumple's POV
"Regina!" I yelled as I marched around the castle. I was looking for that Evil Queen that I made the idiotic decision to teach her anything I knew. Seeing a few of her dark knights come around the corner, I threw them to the wall when they got close. Growling a little before I flung the doors open into her little chamber she stared at her mirror.
"Well, to what do I owe the visit?" she asked as she looked at me from her mirror.
"You know damn well why I'm here!" She turned on her heels and rose her hands as she spoke, "What is it? Did your little stray you let in from the woods find out about your little lies?" she asked as she smirked at me. She was enjoying this.
"You did this, everything was fine! I was going to tell her when it was time!" I walked over to her to grab her, only for her to puff behind me in her black smoke. Turning around to glare at her she smiled at me.
"Maybe you should have told her as soon as she ran into that little castle of yours, maybe then you wouldn't be in this mess." She chuckled a little as I watched her pace around me. "Congratulations Rumple, you lost yet another person, just like your son. Now with her not speaking to you, you may never be able to get to your son."
Frowning as I looked at her she only smiled more. She was right. My son was in a land without magic, and now I may never get him back. Looking up at her for a moment before I smirked. "Not entirely, there's still a deal that can be made, for both of us to get what we want. You get you the happy little ending, and I can find my son, and have (y/n) to trust me again." She tilted her head before she nodded.
"How does that deal of yours work?" she asked. I stepped closer to her and we started talking. This was probably the only chance I had left to be able to find Baelfire. After I had told her everything that she needed to know, I left for my castle in a cloud of smoke. Going up towards my tower to wait until the time was right. Hopefully Regina held up her end of the deal.
