Chapter 6

Dear Sunshine ,

You've been so smiley today , I could see that you're really happy . And I also felt happiness just by staring at you . Guess what , you're smile was really infectious that I couldn't help but to share the same smile as yours .
I hope you could smile at me like that too!

Ni-ki finally decided to write his first letter to Sunoo . He cringed a lot while he wrote this but he couldn't help but to smile in content . This was so far , the cheesiest thing he ever done in his life and he's quite proud he managed to finish a short letter for the one he likes .

It was the first time he ever experienced such thing like falling inlove . And his neighbor , Kim Sunoo who he really loves to annoy was the one who made him feel this way. Isn't it ironic how he loves to pester Sunoo always but also likes him romantically ? Only Nishimura Riki can do that .

Maybe that's his love language .

" Now , how am I going to give this to him ? " He looked at the folded paper in his hand .

He doesn't know if he'll give this to him personally then act shy and run after or he'll deliver it secretly .. but he can't reveal himself , that's why he goes with 'moon' ' so the first option was clearly not the one . So he'll go with delivering it secretly .

Now , where should he deliver it .. on his desk , where Sunoo's classmates might see him , his locker where many students came by at vacant hours or at their doorstep that he wouldn't get caught because they're just beside them but he'll most likely to suspect him because he's his closest neighbor ?

" Now Ni-ki , think !" He said while hitting his head with his fist several times

Soon a squeal from the neighborhood was heard and the only one he knew with that kind of pitch is Sunoo so he opened his window hoping that he could see what's happening on the house next to them .

But then , Sunoo's window was closed .. he just sighed . He doesn't even know why he is screaming this late .

"Ahhhh!"

His mom and older sister went to him when they heard Sunoo screamed .. it's so loud that you can't just ignore it .

" What is it !?" His sister questioned , her voice was a bit annoyed but her eyes were full of concern ..

" Noona , have you seen the sticky note I stick on my board ? " He asked her back a question that doesn't make sense . You should answer if someone questions you , and not ask a question too . But it also works having a conversation like this .

" I haven't .. maybe mom " she said and the two of them turn to gaze their mom who actually frowning at the moment

" I had a general cleaning earlier and I don't remember something like a sticky note but I do clean your stuffs earlier . " His mom reasoned out

" Maybe you thrown it out mom . " Sunoo says , slightly pouting .

" I'm not really sure son , but I'm sorry if I ever accidentally thrown one of your belongings " his mom apologized, but he couldn't di anything now .

" Did the garbage truck took the garbage for today ? " Sunoo asks , not knowing the new schedule of the truck

His sister looked at him in concern " Don't ever think of diving into the garbage to find that sticky note Sunoo " she reminded and Sunoo just huffed in annoyance

It's Ni-ki's note for him and he might not write him one in the future .. he now regrets not hiding it to a safer place .

Now that the both of them hasn't been bickering , or even walking home together ..he misses him more though his house was literally next to his . He couldn't just say that he misses him out of nowhere because it might be embarrassing and he might think of him wrongly . He don't want that .

Sunoo had been hanging out with Sunghoon during vacants but it's nothing compared when Ni-ki was annoying him . She just felt Sunghoon's company a bit boring since he usually talks about academics and his experience being a figure skater . He's losing interest in those fields if you'll keep on telling it to him .

" Should I annoy him first tomorrow ?" He sighed not knowing what go do as he slumps his body on his comfy bed

It's already eleven pm and almost everyone was fast asleep . Sunoo's house was already dark , the only light was the ones at the gate and the front and back door .

Ni-ki sneakily went outside , not waking up his mom and sister to finally deliver his first letter for Sunoo .

Once he was at the gate , he really tried his best not to cause some weird noise . Good thing it was made of wood like theirs so it didn't have a loud squeaking sound . He then rush towards the front door to finally place the folder paper under the rag . He just hopes that Sunoo's the one the find it .

But he's sure about it since Sunoo's the first to got out of their house every morning .

He came back to his room as if nothing had happened and stared at the older's closed window .

" Goodnight sunshine .. " he whispered before closing his own window .
