Chapter 14

It's almost time for the school to end for this day and Sunoo was just tapping the table with his pen unconsciously as his attention was all given outside , to the open field to be exact .

There's nothing interesting though .. he just finds it comfortable to stare at the said direction .

Soon the bell rang , all his classmates began to scream , chatter or gather their things and head outside .. obviously since it's time to go home .

Jungwon nudged his shoulder , telling him that the class already ended . But Sunoo just sighed , and lazily put his pen and notes inside his backpack . Jungwon just stared at him unamused .

" Is there something that's bothering you ? " He asked Sunoo but he just shakes his head as a no  then grabbed his bag as he stands .

" I'm just bored , that's why .."

" Being boring at the end of the class ? Everyone seems to be excited to go home yet you're here saying you're bored . Haven't you charged enough sunshine on your body ? Your energy seems drained " Jungwon spoke as he watched Sunoo weakly dragged his own body away from his seat , proceeding to walk outside the room .

As they both went out , they saw Ni-ki leaning by the wall as if he's waiting for someone . Sunoo's face brighten up as soon as he saw the younger . That didn't go unnoticed by Jungwon who smirked instantly .

' hmmm he hasn't seen the kid all day , that's why ' he thought

" Why are you staying too long inside ? Everyone has gone out already " Ni-ki complained as he stood straight , and fixing his uniform

" Hi Ni-ki ! " Sunoo greeted with a smile then waved , ignoring the younger's questions ..

Ni-ki just nodded then smiled at him , and also to Jungwon .

The three of them walked side by side , with Jungwon who's clinging onto Sunoo's arm .

" So , Ni-ki just gave you the energy ??" He whispered , clearly teasing him but Sunoo just slapped his hand that's holding Sunoo for him to keep quiet.

Jungwon giggles by his reaction .. though Ni-ki was silent , as if he's thinking about something .

The three students arrived at the gate and needs to part ways .. and Jungwon went ahead to the opposite way almost instantly , after saying his goodbyes to the both of them .

" Should we go to the bus station now , Ni-ki ?" Sunoo excitedly asked

" Ah , about that hyung . I was going to ask you if you want to come with me at the dance studio before going home "

Sunoo thinks of it for some seconds before nodding his head . He doesn't have anything to do at home anyways ..

Both of them went to a bubble tea shop before heading to the dance studio a couple blocks from school .

" So , this is the place where I usually go whenever I'm not going home with you " Ni-ki said as he pushed the double glass door of the dance studio .

Sunoo nodded , knowing that he's going here but it's his first time to enter the place . It's quite amusing for a first timer ..

" But why it's empty ? "

" Ah , it's monday today so we're closed .. we're all busy particularly on this day " he simply said then turned in the lights , but not all .

" Then what are we doing here ? "

" I'm showing you how cool I am when I dance " he winked before he left Sunoo to turn on the speaker and connects his phone's Bluetooth on it before he plays a music for him to dance .

Sunoo just sat by the floor , sipping on his drink  and leaned his back at the wall behind him while watching Ni-ki do some stretching at the mirror . Ni-ki was also watching the older by the mirror . They're literally staring each other but just by the wide mirror in front of them .

He didn't utter any word as he stares at Ni-ki doing some freestyle dance . He just enjoys seeing him dancing .. it felt satisfying to watch because he's becoming one with the music .

" Am I cool ??"

Sunoo giggled , he didn't know why he does that but he felt giddy at how Ni-ki asked him . Well , maybe because of his deep voice ?

" Yeah , you are , definitely !" He exclaimed as he fetches his phone to record him . It's a once in a life opportunity so might as well save a memory of it .

" Do you want to dance with me ? " The way he asked made him surprised but at the same time made his heart flutter . Is he really hearing things right ?

He raised his left eyebrow then stared at him , tilting his head like a puppy but the blush on his cheeks was obvious and that made Ni-ki to chuckle a bit .

" Huh ? " He asked in confusion , or maybe he just wants Ni-ki to clarify it and say it again because he felt hallucinating

" I said , uhm .. do you want to dance with me ? " Ni-ki's voice cracked slightly at first , this time he felt a bit shy asking him once again . But he must do some move now , it's now or never . So at least he wants to give it a try .

He waited for the older's answer , Sunoo was just gripping on the hem of his shirt and looking down at the floor . Ni-ki was losing hope because he went silent but after some moments , a small nod was seen on him . A wide smile was plastered at Ni-ki's lips as soon as he seen him nodding . He felt excited at the same time and also a bit nervous , but most importantly , the butterflies were doing summersaults inside him .

" Really ? " He excitedly said and ran to where Sunoo stands , " yeah ? I guess .. " and with that , Ni-ki grabbed his soft hand and lead him to the center of the dance floor .
