Chapter 3

" BOO!! "

A yell was heard followed by a loud scream from Sunoo . He whipped his head backwards to glare at Ni-ki who's mischievously cackling while holding the older's shoulder.

" Stop playing those kind of tricks Ni-ki . I almost got a heart attack because of you , brat " Sunoo said , clutching his chest

Ni-ki scoffed , but didn't say a thing before his eyes darted at Sunoo's lunch box sitting prettily at the table . Good timing , he hasn't eaten yet so he decided to take the older's food . Sunoo was taken aback and couldn't make an action right away .

" Yahh Ni-ki! Give me my lunch box !" Sunoo screamed while he rushed outside the room to chase Ni-ki but the younger was already far from him .

He felt like tearing up because the boy just took his food . Now, how is he supposed to eat his lunch ?

He sighed in defeat .. he doesn't have money left so he couldn't buy a meal for him . He just scolded himself why did he used up all his money to buy snacks earlier and ate all of it .

He opened his backpack to look for any food but the boy only saw a small pack of jellies .

" I'm still going to starve with this " he whispered to himself .. maybe he'll just wait for Jungwon to borrow some money from him . But Jungwon was still busy doing some student council things and might be flirting with some senior students .

He just settled to a chair and rested his head by the table , arms covering his face while holding the pack of jellies . Soon , a pair of footsteps was heard but he didn't budge to see who is it . He doesn't care after all since he know it isn't Jungwon .

Silence was heard and it made him curious .. especially when someone sat beside him .

" Are you just eating jellies ?" The voice echoed the room and Sunoo didn't have any choice but to peek to see who it is since he only heard that voice for the first time

" Uhmm , yeah ? " Sunoo answered, still resting his head on his arms but showing his face to the stranger

He wouldn't deny , the guy was breathtakingly handsome .. and by the looks of it , he might be a senior .

" You shouldn't eat junk foods on lunch " he stated then smiled warmly at him and if Sunoo was like the others , he might fall for him right there and then . But no , he won't ..

" Ahh , it's okay ?? I'm not that hungry " But it seems his stomach says the other way when it growled that the guy also heard

The guy chuckled not only because he heard Sunoo's stomach grumbled but also because his cheeks flushed red of embarrassment .

" You're cute but it's bad to lie .. "

" 'm sorry .. " he shyly said , still embarrassed

The guy stood up and offered his hand for Sunoo to take . Though Sunoo was confused as to why he is doing that .

" Come with me , I'll treat you " he just said that made Sunoo's eyes sparkle but he's a stranger . It might not be safe for him to just go with a guy he doesn't even know

" Don't worry , I don't bite " he reassured , still reaching out his hands though it's a bit tiring but he smiled anyways

" Oh , okay " Maybe it wouldn't hurt to trust him once eh ?

Sunoo hesitantly took his hand and the both of them exited the room . He just doesn't know why but he felt comfortable with him . Maybe because he's older ??

" By the way , I'm Sunghoon . Park Sunghoon " he said , introducing himself to the younger with his warm smile of course

Sunoo then beamed with his famous sweet smile " I'm Kim Sunoo " both of them chuckle at each other whilst  holding each other's hand .

Ni-ki was about to came back with Sunoo's lunch box . He wouldn't lie , his packed lunch tastes amazing . But he felt bad that he stole it from him so he came back with food the he bought from the cafeteria . He can't afford seeing Sunoo starve . He still cared for the older after all .

" I know it's his favorite ! I always heard it from his mom " Ni-ki said with a grin on his lips . He doesn't know why but he felt excited seeing Sunoo today .

He went upstairs swinging the lunch box on his left hand and the other meal on his right . He cheerfully skipped every step of the stairway . But soon halted when he saw Sunoo with a guy whom he doesn't know . And they're both laughing at each other while holding hands .

' They're holding hands .. what the fuck ??' he whispered to himself

He just can't believe he'll see Sunoo with someone . It made him felt something unexplainable inside his heart and he's kind of hurting ?? Why would he ? Sunoo ain't special .. well, wasn't he ?

The two halted , maybe talking about something and it gave Ni-ki a chance to take a detour on his way and enter an empty room to hide from them . Though it wasn't necessary .

He just eyes the two who's now silently passing through the room he's in and he could see Sunoo acting all shy with the tall guy he is with .

" Why would he be so shy infront of that tall guy ?? Tss weirdo!" He said while clutching on the food tightly

Now he regrets buying him food .. he doesn't even needs it now . But he can't eat it since he's already full ..

" Maybe I'll just leave this on his table . " He said to himself then walked towards the room where Sunoo's things are located . And place his empty lunch box and the food he bought earlier . And stick a note above it
