Chapter 22

It's sunday and Ni-ki haven't seen Sunoo even by the window .. it was closed . He misses him a lot . Maybe the older was avoiding him now because of what happened .

But the truth is , Sunoo was just shy to face him . Yes , he's avoiding him but it's because he's still embarrassed . Who would've thought they might really kiss if his family didn't arrived ? Sunoo just wished they didn't arrived that early so they could finally kiss . Lol

But then again , Ni-ki is thinking about it negatively . That the older must be angry at him now . He was supposed to confess but the timing seems not right . He's afraid everything will be a mess .

But he must do it .

So he started to write his last note for him .. he looked at his pen and the ink is literally not enough to write a long note so he'll be straight forward now .

Dear Sunshine ,

I know this is so sudden but I want us to meet . If you agree , meet me at the park at 7 pm near the wishing well .
I'll wait you there , I'll tell you everything

Ni-ki wrote though his glittered pen is almost giving up .. but it still did a great job before it loses all it's ink .

" Good job pen , you'll be missed " he said before dropping it at the trash can beside his desk

He then went to Sunoo's house .. it's silent though he knows that Sunoo's there . He heard him humming before he went out . He slips the paper at the bottom part of their door before knocking at it loudly . He then run on the opposite side of the village for the older not to see him going back to his house .

He was hiding on a bush when he saw Sunoo opened the door . He looks outside to check if there's someone but once he hasn't saw anyone , he decided to enter again but he stepped on a paper . And fortunately , he saw it .. he picked it before he unfolds it .

Ni-ki was still looking at him as he smiled when he reads it before looking outside once again .. as if he's hoping he could see the sender . But Ni-ki was hiding so he won't see him . Then Sunoo went inside again and closed the door .

Ni-ki sighed and moved away from the bush where he hides . He then walked his way to his home and prepare himself for their meet up . If Sunoo will agree .

Meanwhile , when Sunoo reads the letter , he felt nervous but at the same time , happy . Ni-ki finally had the courage to expose himself as moon and he's proud of it . But yesterday's scenario kept playing on Sunoo's mind .

He's still shy but he wanted to come . And he still has two hours to prepare himself .

It's 6:45 pm and Ni-ki was already there .. he was excited yet nervous . It's the first time he'll ever confess to someone .. let alone , he must also confess a secret to him .

He stares at his wrist watch and anxiously waited for the clock's hand to strike at seven .

Gladly its seven in the evening but Sunoo still can't be seen .. he can't make himself calm down as he continuously walk back and fort whilst biting his nails .

But then he heard someone cleared his throat . He turned to see who it was , and he saw Sunoo smiling at him .

" Hi Riki .. oh , shall I say .. moon " He then went near him . Ni-ki's just nervously gulps , his hands were shaking ..

" Hey " Sunoo spoke again because Ni-ki just went silent .

" What happened ? Cat got your tongue ? " He then chuckled

But Ni-ki was in confusion .. it was not the exact reaction he was imagining . Why is it that Sunoo didn't even get surprised with him being moon ??

" hyung ~"

Sunoo stared at him once he started to speak but he could say is just , hyung .

" Don't worry Riki , I already know so don't be shy " he just said and Ni-ki was shocked .

It's as if he was playing him all along .. he knew it but he didn't tell him . He felt that he's just toyed by him . He feels awfully backstabbed .

Sunoo saw Ni-ki's reaction and it made him frown .. he was about to hold Ni-ki's hand but he moved away from him .

" Riki ? " He called out , bewildered at his actions

" Riki , what's wrong ? Look , I'm not angry at you for being moon .. since I already know it " he explains but Ni-ki didn't even felt happy

" Hyung , you knew it all this time yet you didn't even mentioned it ? Are you playing with my feelings ?" Ni-ki was about to cry but he just held it in . He didn't want to look like a wimp .

" What ? Riki , baby .. no ! I didn't mentioned it because I don't want to ruin your plans " if it's just another normal day , Ni-ki might squeal from the endearment but he was not in the mood now . He felt like shit .

" No hyung , you just played me and my feelings . You enjoyed seeing me doing things while you knew that I was the one sending you those fucking letters ! I was clueless ! I felt like shit right now .. " he shouted at him .. out of frustration and anger . For others , it wasn't a big deal but for him , it was .

Sunoo holds his hand as he pulled him into a hug but Ni-ki instantly pushed him away ..

The older felt hurt by it but he's still trying to understand why is he acting this way .. he really felt sorry why they end up being likes this .

Ni-ki ran away from him without looking back .. Sunoo was calling him but he ignored it . He wanted to be alone . He wanted to figure things out .

Sunoo wants to chase after him but decided not to , to give him the space he needed . Maybe he can talk to him on the next day .
