chapter 1

" hey chubby cheeks! " Ni-ki yelled once he saw Sunoo groggily walked past him ..

It's monday morning yet here's Ni-ki and as usual , pestering him . He doesn't know why the kid was always annoying him first thing in the morning . He didn't even pass a day without pestering Sunoo or starting an argument with him . It's always had been their daily routine . But today , Sunoo couldn't appreciate his shenanigans.. the sunshine was still tired and sleepy .

" Stupid! Hey ! Kim Sunoo!" He calls,

Soon without an answer from the shorter boy , Ni-ki harshly pulled his backpack that made Sunoo to lose his balance and almost fall back . Good thing , Ni-ki was still holding the bag strap .. he wouldn't let Sunoo hurt after all .

" Yahh ! What was that for ?" Sunoo shouted at him once he regained his balance and vigorously shook off Ni-ki's hand from his backpack . Now, he is staring Ni-ki dead in the eyes .

" You are ignoring me! I called you , yet you didn't even looked at me!" He shouted back and some neighbors are staring at them though it's usual for them to witness their everyday bickerings, some of them were easily annoyed at how loud they are early in the morning . They just started the day being toxic .

" Aw, baby boy wants attention huh?? " Sunoo cooed, well actually teasing him ..

His statement made Ni-ki's face warm as a tint of faded pink appeared across his cheeks but Sunoo was too distracted to notice that .

" S-stop calling me that! I'm not a baby , " he stuttered that made Sunoo laugh at him

" Then stop calling me names too! And my cheeks aren't chubby!" He defended himself .. his cheeks were cute tho

" Okay , but you're still stupid .." Ni-ki exclaimed as if it's the best thing he could ever say today

Sunoo was about to hit him but suddenly a man peeked out of the window  

" Hey , you two .. just go to school already! Gosh, you're so loud " their neighbor scolded them that made them to move their feet in the same direction .

Sunoo huffed in annoyance as he start to kick the stone beside the road .

" Thanks for ruining my day Riki "

The younger scoffed at his statement but then feels amused as always whenever he calls him by his real name . It felt warm for him but still , he wants to annoy Sunoo .

" You're always welcome dummy " he responded causing Sunoo's head to turn back .

He made few steps back to Ni-ki then whack his head .. Ni-ki was really testing his patience today that he couldn't stop himself from hitting him though Ni-ki , had never do such things to him in return . Whatever argument they made , Ni-ki never lets himself to hit or injure Sunoo . But he bullies him a lot.

The taller just caressed his own head were the pain is occurring and glared at Sunoo who had a the same glare to him .

" I hate you! " Both of them yelled in unison . But silence enveloped them after as they realized they had said exactly the same thing .

Ni-ki soon chuckled that made Sunoo to laugh also . They just thought that they're both of an idiot to actually bicker for some petty things . But then , tomorrow they'll be like this again .

" Yahh ! Let's get going . We're getting late ." Ni-ki said and Sunoo just nodded in agreement .

Even though they're always bickering , there's always some things that would make the both of them agree with .

Both of them went running to the bus station where they instantly started another episode of argument on which one to sit by the window as soon as they entered the vehicle .
