"Y/N, I swear, it wouldn't take too long! I just need to make-up some actors!"
Today is your 'girls day' with your best friend, Alice. A day where you both should do shopping and mingling. She took a day off from her glam team while you took a rest from the academy where you teach as a painter.
However, your supposed to be 'girls day' will be delayed. Her manager texted earlier in the morning if she could drop by for an hour since one of her co-workers called for an emergency leave.
"Okay, okay!" You heaved as you surrender.
Your best friend smiled triumphantly. "Thank you bestie!" She tried to kiss you but you pushed her away.
"Eyes on the road. Hurry up before I changed my mind."
"Noted!"
Your best friend currently working on an upcoming drama. It is an office romance-themed drama. Gonna watch this hehe. Although you don't know who will be in the drama.
She drove towards the location area. Her glam team is popular in their field. The place is not far away, just around the city. Reaching the location after 20 minutes.
A lot of people have been talking about the place but you've never been. So you were flabbergasted by the picturesque view laid in front of your eyes. The building settled in an area where nature meets the city. A soothing ambiance and great air make it perfect. Getaway to escape from bustling reality.
"Bestie! I think I found my dream place for my job!" You exclaimed as you climbed towards the entrance.
As you roam your eyes, staff are already preparing for the set for another next scene. People are busy making beelines through the hallway. Stylists are making in and out of rooms with several huge pieces of luggage. Quite a lot, huh.
"I knew you'll love this place. I have a nice workplace, right?" She said proudly. "And oh, have you heard the news about your brother?"
You faced her with a confused look. "What news? I mean, I'm sure there is a lot of news about my brother and his group." You shrugged.
"Not surprised anymore. What to expect from you?" She rolled her eyes.
"It's not my fault that I am so busy in academy plus there are a ton of commissions to do. No time for social media." You reasoned in defense.
Alice made turns to the building while you diligently followed her. Finally, take right and stand in front of the third door. Twisting the doorknob, a lavender scent welcomed your nostrils.
A woman around her thirties seems doesn't sense that the two of you already walked in. Too much occupied arranging and checking all the make-up kits.
"Chorong-unnie!" Alice yelled causing the poor woman to yelp loudly. "OMO, I'm sorry! Sorry!"
