"HERE."
Sejun received a stack of newspapers and placed it on his bicycle basket. He adjusts his messenger bag and fixes his black coat. Carefully rides his bike.
"That's only 24 newspapers to deliver. Mrs. Kang and her family were out-of-town. So you can go straight to Y/N's house, okay?" The older Lim patted the shoulder of the younger one. Sejun nodded and grinned widely upon hearing your name. "You can now go. Be careful & study well."
He bid goodbye and stepped on the pedal. Sejun works part-time to help his uncle deliver newspapers. The money he earns he often uses for miscellaneous and your dates. He covered the neighborhoods near the school before fetching you to your house.
You've been in a relationship with him for three years since 10th grade, approved by both families. He can freely visit you and your family without a doubt welcomes him wholeheartedly.
"Good morning, Moon residence!" A very energetic voice makes your ears perks. Sliding your windows upwards, you peak through. He's standing on your house terrace, "Here's your newspaper Mr. Moon. I've read saucy info about politics. You might want to read that right away."
"Ohh, that seems interesting, kid. You know me." Your boy winked at your dad and both of them burst into laughter.
While your mom handed Sejun a bag of croissants. He gladly took it and bowed. "I'm going to chubby, Mrs. Moon if you continue doing this." He whined teasingly.
Your mom shook at the statement. "I don't care. Y/N will still love you regardless."
The boy has always been a cheerful one. He always tries to make us laugh with his weird antics, cheesy jokes, and quotes that don't make sense. He always puts a smile on you. That's why I love him.
"Y/N! Your boyfriend is here!" Your brother, Kevin shouted from the other side of your door and proceeds to knock on your door harshly.
"Dude, calm down." Putting some chapstick on, checking yourself one more time in the mirror. "I'm coming."
You hurriedly down the stairs and went to the mudroom for your coat. At the same time, Sejun entered your house.
"Hey."
"Oh hey"-He leaned in and kiss the tip of your nose-"Ready to go?"
You pouted, "Not yet. Help me choose what coat should I wear?"
He looked at the two coats you are holding up in front of him. One was a champagne beige while the other one was more of pale violet-like lilac.
He pointed to the beige coat. "It'll make you unnoticed."
Rolling your eyes, "Lilac it is!"

"We're off!"
"Sejun oppa! Sejun oppa!"
Sejun turned his upward only to see your younger sister beaming widely at the doorframe. He walked closer to the four-year-old girl.
"What is it, Alice?" Ruffling her hair and she looked at him with her doe-eyes.
"Make my sister come home on time, eh? Promise?" She then raised her pinky finger which Sejun's big pinky finger wraps.
"Promise."

"How many newspapers are still needed to deliver?"
"8 left."
"A race?"
"No."
"Yes."
"No." He denied with a stern voice.
"Pleaseeeee."
"Please, we can't. I'll take you to the ice cream parlor down the street after class."
"Okay. Deal." You chirped happily. Sejun just laugh at your moody personality which he didn't mind. He loves that side of yours.

"Seungwoo hyung!" You called a tall man that was about to enter their gate.
"Can you give this to your father?" Handing him the last newspaper.
"Oh, okay, no problem."
As soon the man entered their house, Sejun stopped beside after delivering his last newspaper. About to go, when a high-pitched voice called your boyfriend.
"Sejun!"
The girl with low pigtails clings to the boy like a koala, you scoffed at the sight. Is he damn stupid not to know that the boy she's clinging to already has a girlfriend?
"Can I have a ride? I can sit at the pillion," she questioned as she fans her fake eyelashes repeatedly. You wonder if it does block her eyesight that makes her blind. Stupid. She could've asked me. Like, hello??? I'm here. I'm willing to give you a ride. Not with my boy. Why would she ask my boyfriend instead?
"Oh, dude she's flirting." A guy friend of yours butted in English as he passed by.
You snapped as the girl was about to sit behind Sejun without his permission. "Ey, manners?"
"Huh?"
Calming down, "You might want to ride with me instead?" You smiled forcefully.
She looked at you skeptically as if she was assessing if you knows how to ride a bike. "I'm scared about my safety." She's ridiculous.
"Or just borrow my bike so I can ride with MY BOYFRIEND INSTEAD." You did make sure that she get your point.
Goodness. You're not sure if she's acting oblivious to a thing that is so obvious when she responds. "Uhm, sorry I don't know how to ride a bike by myself."
"OKAY. Then, don't waste your time here. Go start walking because I won't let you ride with MY BOYFRIEND."

"Damn babe, you snapped earlier," Sejun said as he watched you stuffed your mouth with mint choco-flavored ice cream.
You snickered, "I mean who wouldn't tho. It's an instinct. She likes you and that's clearer than Mr. Heo's history classes."
"Well, it's inevitable since you're in a relationship with a handsome guy," he proudly said while nodding his head.
You wanted to roll your eyes, but he was right.
"You know that I love you, right?"
"No?"
He held his hands to his chest, acting as he was hurt, "No?"
"Yes."
"Then..." He was about to grab your ice cream. "don't eat it this-" But you were much faster than him to snatch.
"I love you too!" Then kiss his cheeks and showed his toothy smile.
He suddenly found interest in the things outside the parlor, trying to hold his smile but failed to do so. Getting his shit together, he cleared his throat and pulled you into a breathtaking hug and you fell into his embrace.
"But I admit, is she seriously that dense?" you chuckled at his frustration. "Don't worry, I'll stick to you forever and ever. Like bubblegum."
