There was a great deal of power going around her. The room was filled with the smell of sweet flowers.
"Hilise, what are you doing?"
Ricardo sprang up from his seat and shouted. The chair that fell backwards made a loud noise.
Of course, Hilise ignored Ricardo's words.
Diego was nervous at the sight of the rose that began to bloom at the door where she stood. But nothing happened.
Diego sensitively pressed his five senses and looked around, but he didn't feel any significant change either. It was just the scent of dysfunction that Hilise had exhaled a while ago that was heavily embedded in the room.
"You'll soon get used to it. Because I did, too."
Hilise left a passing remark, then turned around and left the room.
After she left, Diego jumped out of his seat and looked around carefully once again.
"Ricardo, check that out!"
"Yes, Father."
Diego hastily issued instructions to Ricardo. Ricardo looked everywhere at Diego's bedroom for anything suspicious.
"Well, I'm here to pick up a bowl of medicine, do you mind if I come in?"
Meanwhile, the employee carefully opened the door and entered. Diego and Ricardo saw petals spread on the floor and traces of spilled medicine. Diego's eyebrows were raised.
"The floor is dirty. Clean it up. And bring me some new medicine."
"Yes, sir."
The employee moved to clear the floor as Diego ordered. In the meantime, he looked further into the room.
"Father, I don't think there's anything strange about it."
But as Ricardo said, nothing really stood out either. But he couldn't help but remember what Hilise said before leaving the door.
"Ricardo, you should go to your room too."
Diego sent Ricardo out for now. After that, he gritted while thinking about what happened in the garden.
(As expected, I have to hurry up and get up. At this rate, Hilise is gonna ruin Inoaden.
I'm going to protect it.)
Suddenly, he felt tired. Diego leaned against the wall. He has a lot of work to do in the future, but it's already hard to stand for too long.
(Hilise has to be prevented from going to the forest of the four seasons, and from being head of the forest and installing it imprudently. The celebration at the king's palace should also be intended to be cancelled somehow.)
The reason why he tries to stop her from going to the forest of four seasons was because he was suddenly worried that she might have thought the same thing as him.
Diego was thinking of finding a way to transfer Hilise's power to Ricardo in the forest of four seasons, where the family's old secret documents were piled up.
So maybe Hilise thought the same thing and planned to cover up the data in advance.
Or...
Maybe she's trying to figure out a way to completely eliminate Diego's power.
When he thought of that, he felt a chill in his spine.
(I don't know where the hell she picked up the story and thought about going to the forest of all seasons, but I had an intuition that what she is about to do would never be good for us. Especially for me)
