Chapter 5

Note: Have you ever seen Legend of Korra ? Is awesome. I love it. I am obsessed with Lin. She is amazing. I didn't update yesterday because I was watching Legend of Korra. Sorryyyyy.

Anyway, this chapter is epic. One of my best for sure.

Reader's P.O.V :

I walk toward the potions classroom next to Severus. 

" Well, at least this year will be interesting. " I remark.

He raises an eyebrow. " Annoying you mean. "

I shake my head. " No, I mean interesting. We have Harry... and the stone ! " A smile appears on my face. " The last stone. It would be my last chance to study it. Should I ask Dumbledore if I can borrow it ? " I inquire.

" No. The stone must remain down there where it can be safe. " Severus replies. I nod agreeing with his words. 

" You'r'right. Yeah. It must remain hidden; away from us. " 

We continue our way and reach the door of the classroom. Severus unlocks and waves at me to enter. I do it and he follows suit.

" However, am I the only one who thinks that Quirinus ( Quirrell ) acts a little weird ? " I whisper.

Severus glances at me. " No. I believe it too. We should keep an eye on him. " He responds. I nod feeling butterflies erupting in my stomach. We...

Severus sits on his chair and with a wave of his wand; a seat appears next to him behind his big desk.

" You will be sitting here for as long it is needed. " He informs me. I nod and take my seat.

After a couple of minutes students start entering the classroom. All of them glancing at me with confusion.

When everyone were in, Severus stood straight and went to stand in front of his ( our ? ) desk.

He starts  speaking however I stop paying attention. I look at him up and down memorizing every part of his body. 

He explains to the confused first-years why am I here and continues his speech. 

I focus on his words when I hear a question : " Where should I look if I am looking for a bezoar ? " Severus asks.

I raise an eyebrow and turn to look where he is staring. My heart drops when I see that it's Harry.

Harry just returns the gaze without answering indicating that he doesn't know. However, a girl next to him does. Having raised her hand the young Gryffindor asks for the speach.

Severus becomes angrier. " What's the difference between monkshood and wolfsbane ? " He questions. I glance at Harry who obviously lacks this knowledge.

" Yes, Severus. Show to the whole class your hatred for the boy. Without explaining it of course... Become a bully instead of being bullied. My opinion about it ? Pathetic and childish... I guess that I am not the only professor here who acts like a child. " I intercept.

Severus turns to glance at me. His stare was ful of hatred and fury. He clears his throat to speak. 

" Oh wait. Harry those two ingredients are the same plant which also goes by the name of aconite. " I add with a proud smile.

Severus slams his fists on his desk; right in front of me. " Dumbledore ordered you be here to help, not to pretend the know-it-all. " 

" I don't pretend it; I am a know-it-all. " I retort with a smile of pure amusement.

" He also sent you here to help. I can't see the help. " 

A laughter escapes my lips. Why do I love so much the angry Severus ?

" How couldn't you see it ? I just helped Ha- mr. Potter. Are you blind ? Oh wait. Of course you are. You didn't see that <em> Gryffindor girl next to him-what is her name- Granger I think; raising her hand. So, you just went on with this 'humiliation plan' of yours. " I respond.

Severus shivers by the extreme amount of fury. " ENOUGH ! I WON'T LET YOU LITTLE STUPID CAT SAY SUCH THINGS FOR ME IN FRONT OF MY OWN CLASSROOM ! GET OUT ! " He screams.

My eyes widen while I just stare at him in shock. Oh come on, everyone saw what was he trying to do. Finding my composure quickly, I remind him. " But Dumbledore said otherwi- "

" I DON'T CARE WHAT DUMBLEDORE SAID OR REQUIRED. YOU GONNA LEAVE THIS CLASSROOM NOW  WITHOUT DOING ANY SMART THING OR EVEN A TRICK TO REMAIN INSIDE. " He shouts.

My face looses its color. Even if we had lots of arguments, he had never screamed to me. Except once... The very same time when he called Lily this terrible word... I don't even want to remember anymore what he told me...

I stand still while tears threaten to fall. All of his fury dissipates realizing what he did.

He opens his mouth to speak but I had enough. 

I sprint towards the door. " Y/N... "

I don't respond while opening the door. 

His words echoing in my mind...

" And you little whore. Go and fuck your boyfriend instead of pretending to try saving me. Do this because it is the only thing that you can do perfectly... "
