Reader's P.O.V :

I slam the door behind me. My vision is blur due to my tears. 

He shouldn't do this to Harry. I at least saved my friends' son.

I run through the corridors. Katie has lesson so I can't go and talk to her. What should I do ?

I come up with an idea. Hagrid. Of course. My old friend.

I run and leave the castle. My cloak looks so beautiful and dramatic while I am running. I need to do this more often.

I stand outside the door and knock on it. I hear footsteps and then the big door opens. 

" Oh Y/N, how can I- " He stops speaking when he notices that I am crying.

He makes some space for me to enter and I do so.

" What happened ? " He asks me when I sit on one of the chairs of the table.

I swallow hard. " Severus. " I reply. My voice bearly audible.

Hagrid gives me a glass of tea. " Did you have an other argument ? " He inquires.

I nod and start explaining to him. I tell him about Dumbledore's decision, my feelings for Severus and what happened in his classroom. 

When I finish, I take the last sip of my tea.

" I am sure he didn't mean to hurt you. " Hagrid comments.

" But what if he did ? " 

Hagrid sighs. " He did not and you know that very well. You recall also when he searched for you later  and apologized. However, this time you played with the fire and this is what you got. You could simpy cut him off politely instead of attacking him and humiliating him. " Hagrid assures me.

I nod finally seeing that both of us were wrong. " Should I go, find him and apologize ? " I question.

Hagrid gives me a sad smile. " This would be the best way to solve it. "

I smile back. " Thank you Hagrid. You are a great friend. " 

" I'm trying. " He says and I laugh.

I stand on my feet and wish him good bye. He does the same and I take my leave.

I walk through the grass and then enter the castle. I take a peek of my watch to see that it is the beginning of the second hour. 

Taking a deep breath; I head towards the Dungeons.

Severus' P.O.V :

I dismiss the first-years. Today they started learning about the potions ingredients. However, my mind couldn't think anything except of her.

Her pale face when she heard me shouting at her.

I am such a fool.

She is the only friend I have. If she can be considered as a friend of mine.

With Lily gone, I thought that I would never make friends or even like someone until she came.

She came and she opened my eyes; even if she doesn't know it. She helped me to see that my love for Lily is just an obsession, not pure. 

And now who knows where she would be ? This girl knows literally every inch of this castle; if she wants to hide; nobody will be able to find her. Including Dumbledore.

She can just vanish or turn into her other form. A brown with big eyes manx cat. No one except me and Dumbledore know about it. The perfect way not to be found.

If she was here; she would say that it is perfect because she is also perfect.

Oh Merlin. This arrogance, not in the Gryffindor or Slytherin way, this cute arrogance is...

And now she is probably hiding in a forgotten corridor or classroom crying because of my actions. 

I feel so terrible. I want to search for her and tell her that I am sorry. I trully am. 

I also have a free period now...

But it would be pointless.

A sigh escapes my lips.

I rest my hands on my desk and hide my face in them. 

" I like you, Y/N... " I whisper.

" You do what ? "
