The Alchemy Professor | Severus Snape

Chapter 16

I bought a mini Severus Snape yesterday after my meeting with my doctor. I would have uploaded a picture however for ome reason I can't. I will try tomorrow.

Reader's P.O.V :

I wake up. The coldness of the dungeons against my bare skin. I shiver.

I glance next to me. Severus is still sleeping. Oh god. He sleeps so peacefully.

Y/N FOCUS. BACK TO THE MISSION !

Right. My mission.

I get up slowly careful not to wake him up. The last thing that I want is to get caught.

I put on my bra, panties and my Christmas clothes.

With this done, I pull out of my bag a box. In this box I have all the Christmas decorations in miniatures that I need.

I exit the bedroom and go to the living room. I start decorating returning everything to each true size. 

15 minutes. In 15 minutes I changed this whole place.

For the last detail, I put my gifts under the tree.

He is going to love this. I can feel it in my bones.

Mission accomplished.

I go back to the bedroom and lay next to him.

" Baby~ " I whisper.

I thought that I would need to call for him a couple of times. However, his reaction caught me off guard.

He opens his eyes and with a quick move he pins my on the bed hovering (naked) above me.

" Why did you get dressed ? Strip. " He exclaims.

" Not before you open your gifts; not to mention that Katie probably wants to speak with me about my gift. " I reply.

Severus sighs and shakes his head. " Both of them can wait. What about some wax play ? " He suggests.

My eyes widen. " If you get off me, I promise you that we will do it this night. "

" Deal. " Severus agrees and gets up. I follow suit watching him wearing his usual black clothes with the endless layers.

When he is finished, we enter the living room. Severus' eyes fall on everything that shouldn't be there.

They land in the end on the big and beautiful Christmas tree.

" When did you do all of this ? " He asks me. Shock and awe clear in his voice.

" When you were sleeping. Isn't it beautiful ? " 

" It is, indeed. " He says. He then turns to look at me. " However, they will never be as beautiful as you~ " He adds with a smirk.

I roll my eyes to the comment. " Will you open your gifts ? I am waiting to see if you like them. " I tell him pointing at the gifts.

He glances at the gifts and then back at me. " This is the first time that someone gives me gift or even does all of these for me. " Severus whispers with tears in his eyes.

I gaze at him in shock. " You are kidding. "

Severus shakes his head. " No, I am not. "

" But... but Lily- " I retort.

" Lily was just doing some fancy spells that you taught her. " Severus cuts me off.

Speechless, shocked, sad is exactly what I am.

I hug him from behind unsure of what will follow. 

" If you don't like it or feel uncomfortable, I can- "

" Everything is perfect. Thank you. " He doesn't let me finish my sentence.

" Glad you like it. It's ok, if you hadn't got me anything. I am really fine and- " This time I stop speaking due to his expression.

An evil grin.

" You will open your gifts first, darling. " He states and goes to his bedroom.

When he is back, he has a black velvet box in his one hand (it's not a ring) and a cage with a white cat in the other one.

He motions me to sit on the sofa. I do as I was told and he follows suit.

Placing the cage on the floor next to him, he gives me the box. I open it only to see the prettiest necklace ever (imagine it as you wish).

" Omg, Severus. It's so beautiful. " I comment while admiring my new necklace.

A smile forms on his face. " I am glad you like this. " He waves his wand and puts my necklace on by using magic.

" It's prettier on your neck. " He declares making me blush.

He then takes the cage and hands it to me. I open it and take my cat-no it's a kitten in my hands. White as snow. I caress his, he is a boy, furr. " I will call him Snowflake. " I inform Severus.

Severus' smile widens. " Perfect name for the perfect pet of the perfect woman~ "

" Your turn now. " I say.

Severus takes the wrapped book first.

" I suggest the other one first~ " 

" Your wish, is my command, my queen~ " Severus complies.

He opens the delicate box and sees the cape.

His smile widens more. The biggest smile that I have ever seen on his lips.

" Now, you will recall me with each step that you take while your new cloak will be flying behind you~ "

" Thank you kitty. " He kisses my forehead while Snowflake is still in my hands purring happily because of my movements.

" Go on baby. " I encourage him to open the second box.

He does it and glances at the notebook.

" Look at the first page. " I advise.

He abides and his eyes widen while reading my text:

Happy Christmas ! This is the first time that we pass our Christmas together and I hope not the last. This is why I want you to remember this day all the times that you will see, touch, read or write in this. Let this book be the holder of your knowlegde at potions. I assure you that I will read this to learn new tricks and secrets from the professional :)

Tears fall from his eyes. I give him some time to recover. If it is his first time with gifts and Christmas stuff that means that he must feel sooooo happy right now.

He closes the book and gently places it on his desk where he grades, works...

" Thanks Y/N. " 

" Everything for you, Sevy. "
