Chapter 1

Eeek I'm excited!!!
Ok sorry for that, but the thing is I just fell in love with this couple (even if they only exist on here). Anyway, I'm excited to give you the first chapter of the sequel to "Once You've Tasted Love" and I hope you still enjoy this little journey.

The weeks passed and normality rushed back in. Gary left in the morning to go to the studio and write and record new songs with the band and came back home in the evening, while I took care of James and sometimes met with Anna, Louise or Kennedy and our parents came down to visit from time to time too.

By now it was the beginning of July and summer wasn't the best one this year, there were some mild days, but it was still very rainy. Welcome to England. James was two months old now and a very healthy, easy baby, a happy baby.

Seeing as Gary was away today too, I decided to take James, as well as Hugo, out to get some fresh air. Well, fresh air in London is hard to find, but anyway I wanted to get into the green, so I took the pushchair and went for a walk to Hyde Park.

As I arrived at Hyde Park my phone rang. I answered "Hello?"

"Hi, honey."

"Gary? What's up?"

"I'm bored. Well, we are bored. We have the songs as good as finished and don't know what to do now."

I laughed "Well, you wanted to start your summer break tomorrow anyway, why not start it earlier?"

Gary chuckled "Good idea. Where are you?"

"Hyde Park. But I have to go to the shops too. Why?"

"Let's meet at Hyde Park. I want some fresh air too."

I smiled again "Okay. But I'll go shopping now then, give me half an hour."

"Right. See ya. Love you."

"Love you too."

I hung up and then turned back towards the nearest supermarket. I didn't need many things, but I decided to pick them up now, seeing as it would take ages if Gary went with us.

After I had paid for the stuff, I made my way outside when I suddenly saw a woman jog towards me. She looked kind, she had blonde hair like me, but it was cut shorter than mine. She must have been a bit older than me but she had a very well trained body.

"Excuse me, aren't you Clara, Gary Barlow's wife?" she smiled at me.

I nodded and smiled back "I am, why, can I help you?"

"Oh no. It's just I know your husband through work. We haven't seen each other for two years though. I think I should introduce myself" she laughed and continued "My name is Danielle. I used to be a dancer on two of the Take That tours, but I retired after the 'Ultimate Tour', you know, touring around the UK and Europe isn't much fun when having two small kids."

I smiled genuinely "Wow. Two? How do you manage that? I have enough work with one."

Danielle shrugged "It's alright. But I actually came over to congratulate you on your son and to give you a little present. If I hadn't met you now I would have sent it, but now I can give it to you personally."

"Oh, thank you." I smiled, surprised.

She gave me a small package "Here. For this cute little guy. He is so adorable."

I chuckled back "He is...Looking like his father."

We continued our small talk for a bit, before Danielle realised that she had to get home.
"It was lovely speaking to you. Send Gary my best wishes."

"I will, thank you. It was a pleasure meeting you. Bye."

After that I quickly went home to put my groceries into storage before heading towards Hyde Park to meet Gary.

As I arrived he was already there. He instantly saw me and his lips curled into a smile, making me smile as well.

He hugged me "Hello, my love. Missed you."

I giggled "Hi. Missed you too, although we were only separated for what? 7 hours?"

"Seven hours too long" Gary answered and turned towards James who was laying in his pushchair wide awake. "Hello my boy! Were you good for mummy? Of course you were, you always are. Well almost."

Gary put his arm around my waist and we started walking. I was feeling so happy, I couldn't help myself from grinning.

"Why are you smiling like that honey?" Gary smiled down at me.

"It's just...This is perfect. I'm happy. You have given me so much...I have the best husband I could have ever wished for and we have such a perfect baby. Everything's just in a perfect place."

"Aww...you soppy one. I love you too."

I turned to face Gary and kissed him quickly, but he pulled me back and deepened our kiss for a second before smiling against my lips "You're the absolute best wife in this world. I love you. Don't forget that."

I smiled back "Never."

When we got home James was asleep so Gary took him upstairs to lay him down. I went to the kitchen and made us some tea.

Suddenly I heard footsteps behind me "What's this?"

I turned around and saw Gary with the little package from Danielle.

I smiled "Oh that. I don't exactly know what's in it but while I was shopping earlier a woman came over and gave it to me for James. She said she knows you from the tours as she worked as a dancer."

Gary frowned and nodded "What was her name?"

"Danielle."

He smiled "Oh yeah. She is a really nice person. Very good dancer as well. Sad that she isn't touring with us anymore. But I understand it, two kids are quite some work I imagine."
Gary opened the package and pulled out a cute little body with the printing "New to the crew" on it, as well as a pale blue elephant.

I smiled "Aww this is so adorable."

"It is...Oh by the way I wanted to ask you something..." Gary smiled.

I raised one eyebrow "Spill it."

"How about a nice holiday?"

I chocked on my tea "What?! Gary, we have a two month old baby. We can't get on a twelve hour flight to LA."

Gary pouted "Please. I never said something about LA. I just want a little vacation with my perfect family."

I sighed "Where do you want to go?"

Gary's eyes lit up "Italy."

I sighed again "Ok. We'll go."

Gary's lips curled into that bastard smirk of his I knew all to well but still loved just as much "Good. Pack your things."

"What...We haven't even prepared...Hang on." I could see from Gary's face that he had planned this already "You have already organised this, haven't you?"

"You know me well."

"I'll get you for this Barlow..." I smirked back and I could see a glint in his eyes.

"Oi, bitch...you love me for it."

"True."
