Honestly, this is going to be an extremely sad short story. Why this came to mind I don't even know..
All for One is Izuku's dad and he knew that from a small age. Izuku had always wanted to be a hero but never looked up too All Might like in Canon...
Really quick, the song has nothing to do with the chapter but this song came out around the time I lost my dad and I still cry to this day listening to it. You can play it through the chapter if you'd like.
Izuku POV
As we arrived to the place of the funeral, Mom pulled Tomura and I aside. "I got you two boys something I think you will like." Mom said pulling out two boxes from her bag. She handed them both to us, we opened them and both stopped as tears formed in our eyes.

Mine
We looked at mom "They have his ashes in them so both of you boys will always have him with you. I wanted to give these to you before but they were just finished last night." We smiled at her as we hugged her tightly thanking her. She kissed us both on our foreheads saying it wasn't a problem. She then helped us put them on "I know today will be hard for you boys but you aren't alone. If you need to step outside I understand just please tell someone so I know you are okay." We nodded and said we would. We hugged once more and walked back to our group. We still had about an hour before people would start arriving. I walked over to Kai moving his phone out off his hand straddling him. "I'm taking a nap" I mumbled. I felt him nodded as his arms wrapped around me as I quickly fell asleep.
I was woken up by Kai "People are starting to show up Izu" he whispered. I nodded as he picked me up and sat me on his lap with my head in his shoulder. Mom was handling everyone as Tomu and Dabi sat down next to us. Tomu picked my feet up and sat them on his lap. "I don't want to do this.." he sighed "I don't either..." he looked at me and I looked back he blinked 4 times and I nodded making two switches appear and animal crossing. I handed him one as I got the other one "And ours?" Dabi asked and Kai nodded. I made two more along with animal crossing. We all started playing quietly until Tomu smacked me with a fish he just caught. "The hell was that for Tomu?" He snorted "Sorry izu.. I didn't think you could do that." "You just fish smacked me" I pouted as Dabi and Kai laughed quietly. Mom walked over to us and went to speak before stopping. "I.. really? Video games?" She asked and we all nodded. "There's someone who would like to speak to you Izuku." Mom said making us all look at her. Kai unwrapped his arms around me as I stood up, handing Kai my switch.
