I had this chapter written for about 2 months noe as I waiting for the previous chapter to reach 160 votes but people don't want to vote. And I am just updating for those who have voted. It is honestly disappointing because I will be honest with you guys it takes me a week to write a chapter because I am not motivated to continue this book it doesn't interest me anymore. I have a new book called "You are our light" and i have so many chapters handwritten waiting to be typed out but I want to end this book to continue with the other. So I have to constantly think to what i want to show next. I know I am ranting at the moment but not even half of my followers vote it is really sad because although this is my hobby you as readers get to read this for free and only votes and comments keeps us as writers going seeing how much people are enjoying the book. So anyway let us get previous chapters to 160+ votes and this one too. Love you guys. Let us get on with the chapter shall we.

Chapter goal: 160+ votes.

Hours later...

Lavanya's POV...

I wake up from my slumber only to see the empty space that is next to me thinking Arnavji is in his home office due to the amount of work he has. I go to the bathroom and have a shower to start of my day. After showering I went downstairs to kitchen to make breakfast. I cut up various types of fruit and place them on a platter, made pancakes, put coffee and tea to brew and finally place them all on tge table. I walk towards Arnavji's home office knocking on the door twice with no answer I enter only to see it empty. I look in our ensuite bathroom and empty. "Huh... he must be with that Khushi." I say in my mind. Unknowingly my envy for her grew day by day and I know it is not her fault but mine. I knew the consequences of everything but my heart had a mind of its own. I check Khushi's room but it was empty, I went outside to the garden and no in sight. I go back inside and place the food in the food warmer draw. "Where haven't I checked yet? I checked the home office, Khushi's room, our room, the garden... Where... wait La you did not check the TV Room." I think to myself(A.N. what a wonderful world... ok sorry back to the story.) So I rush towards the TV Room, when I finally reach. Him and Khushi snuggling together on the lounger I stand there staring at them, the muscles in my body begin to tense up. I am about to storm in there and break them apart until I see Khushi walking past me with her hand against her mouth and rushing out of the room completely ignoring me.

"Who the hell does she think she is." I mutter loudly.

As I am about to stop her from leaving Arnavji speaks to me "Leave her alone for now speak to her when she comes back okay."

"Why should I wait. You are constantly taking her side. Did not just witness her ignoring me." I respond.

"Lavanya don't make a mountain out of a molehill..." Arnavji tries to explain but I ignore it and call out to Khushi who was rushing to the end of the hallway only for her to ignore me again.

"That bit*h thinks that she is above me just because she is pregnant." I say letting out my inner thoughts.

"LAVANYA!" I flinch towards the owner of the voice.

"Ar... Arnavji I..." I stutter in explaining myself.

"I understand your frustration Lavanya but keep your words in check. I am letting this go only because Khushi did not hear anything and I really don't want to get upset with you. I know it is hard for you Lavanya but don't say things that you will regret in the future. She is carrying our baby remember that."
